No, one of the perks of having an indestructible card is it can block anything, as far as damage goes.

@Xenshen: Almost anything. An interesting thing to note is that there is a way to "cheat" the system and actually "destroy" an indestructible creature. If you have a creature with infect, or some other creature ability or spell effect that doles out -1/-1 counters, you can reduce their toughness to zero. The rules state that any creature who's toughness reaches zero, regardless of the means, is removed from the field. Indestructible monsters fall prey to such effects because it's not technically...
