This is a 4e homebrew campaign setting possibly to be used when my next campaign ends. The world is dominated by powerful races known as patrons who dominate the lesser races and war with one another.

Kishar is a campaign world based loosely on Babylonian and Sumerian mythos, with a lot of inspiration from Conan the Barbarian, Dark Sun and Gamma World. It is a post-apocalyptic Bronze Age campaign I developed originally for 3.5 and then converted to 4th.

Many artists have graced the pages of Dungeons and Dragons books and magazines over the last three decades. This group serves to celebrate those artists and their contributions to our favorite game.
What does a guy who works with games and gamers all day long do when he's not working? He plays games! This group is Crazy Monkey's place for campaign journals, campaign setting notes, and other miscellany, as well as a place for Monkey's players and fans (I'm sure they exist) to gather and share in the insanity. There may be a Play-by-Post or two hosted here as well.

Whether you're an idealistic young bravura, crafty tactician, resourceful veteran, or an inspiring legend in your own time, this is the place for Warlords to exchange ideas and recount past victories (or, ahem, learning experiences) with others who know what it means to lead adventurers in battle.
(What? 'herding cats?' no, this has nothing to do with animal husbandry. OK, yes, you can complain about your party if you like. Erathis knows, I will.)
This is the place to discuss strategies, learn & demonstrate new exploits, and swap war stories.
This is Officer's Country.

Are you a parent? Have you shared your love of Dungeons and Dragons (and indeed other RPG's) with your little ones yet? If you have, or you plan to do so, then this is the place for you. My name is Roger (Dargurd on the forums) and as of 2012 I have been gaming for about 30 years now (since I was 12 years old). Now I am the proud parent of two 'up and coming' gamers of my own one of which, my eldest, DM's his own 4ed game on a semi-regular basis with his friends. I would love to share my experiences and to hear about your own. :D
