Mouse,
The Lair material will be shipped directly to the store your WPN Organizer account is affliated with. Its the same with D&D Encounters.
WotC has been moving to tactile materials and moving away from downloadable content.
We usually see the material a week to a week and a half from the start date of an event.
Now, will they send a kit for each scheduled Lair event, or just a kit that is to be used through out the Laid Season (Sept 1 to Nov 29) remains to be seen.
Hope this helps,
Bryan Blumkotz WPN Organizer for Guardian Games - Portland, OR

I'm a store owner trying to figure out how to schedule this? How many assaults are there? It seems like they are suggesting that you will run some multiple time. Should I schedule this as a weekly event?
Thanks

The way I understand it, it s that it can be ran as many times as needed at any time during the open season. they are insinuating that it will be tough and may need to be attempted several times. As a To i have scheduled it 4 times so far (mainly b/c due to my schedule to run and play), but I will assess the play and eagerness after the first game.

I am normally the organizer, as far as deciding what days the games are going to be run, and getting them sanctioned through wizards. I have the store listed as my official site. Do they (the store) still need to do something??
I went through the "wizard event reporter" and put some "lairs" up as future events. I was hoping that would trigger some emaill or something. Will they send the stuff directly to the store now??
I have a DDI subscription. Where would this program be under??
Mouse
The program they're talking about is not part of DDI. It is the Wizards Event Reporter (or WER,) and it is a free download that can be gotten here www.wizards.com/WPN/Events/Tools.aspx. I hope that this helps.
