My ProfileAbout Me
About Me:
Chris is the Editor-in-Chief of D&D Insider. That means he reads lots of articles and adventures about D&D. Lots of them. So there's not much room left in his brain for other things, except eating. He likes eating. And sometimes sleeping. Otherwise, yeah ... D&D.
Movies:
Conan the Barbarian. Nuff said.
TV Shows:
Lost, This American Life, Dexter, The Sopranos, Good Eats, Grill It! with Bobby Flay (despite the terrible mid-title punctuation), Simpsons, South Park, Hung, Flight of the Conchords.
Books, Comics and Graphic Novels:
Oy, too many to list. Favorites include The Count of Monte Cristo, Heat, A Prayer for Owen Meany, anything by Dan Simmons (but especially Hyperion, Ilium, Song of Kali, and The Terror), Galapagos, Dune, Ender's Game, Lord of the Rings, To Kill a Mockingbird, A Game of Thrones, James and the Giant Peach, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay, The Sound and the Fury, Blindness, The Road, Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell, Catch-22, The Power of One, and the Foundation books.
Hobbies:
Reading, running, skiing, hiking, boating, traveling, eating, cooking. Pretty much anything that ends in "ing."
Likes:
Stuff that ends in -ing, apparently. And D&D. That's pretty cool too.
Dislikes:
Dislikes are for haters.
My Games:
Dungeons & Dragons
Other Games I Play:
Lots of board games, not so much Xbox anymore (although I loved Fallout 3), but sometimes. Cribbage. I love me some cribbage.

Great editorial this month Chris (especially the Count of Monte Cristo recommendation)! I always hated what Hollywood does to Dumas movies. Having the characters live all happily ever after totally misses the point! It'd be like doing a Romeo and Juliet movie without killing the two at the end... bah
