Had a busy, crazy first day here at Gen Con Indy. Briefly, my day rundown was:

7 AM - Up and at 'em after about 4 hours' sleep. Got in a workout, and then started the day by putting out fires. Was informed that we didn't have DCI cards (d'oh), so had to overnight some (should be here tomorrow).

9 AM - Quick stop in the exhibit hall to pick up a few hot games - Pandemic expansion from Z-Man Games, some new Shadowrun stuff from Catalyst Game Labs, and BSG: Pegasus from Fantasy Flight Games. Glad I did; I heard some of it sold out later that same day!

10 AM - Lead on the D&D Organized Play and RPGA Members' seminar (Andy Collins was my wingman and provided R&D support). We talked about what we've done with D&D OP since the launch of 4th Edition, announced new programs in testing (LFR Excursions
