      About Me: Hey there. My name is Sam. Some people call me Sammy for short. I work in a terribly mysterious location for a clandestine organization dedicated to protecting the secrets and peace of Breland. Or was it Cormyr? Wait... Palanthas? It certainly wasn't Urik. Hmmm...



      Oh well, I forget.



      I work hard at having fun for a living. (It could be the other way around as well.)



      I often speak in hypotheticals (and parentheticals).



      I mean, we all have our contigencies for the zombie apocalypse, right? (Seriously.)
      Movies: I am a gamer. So I like gamer movies. Just like you.



      Seriously, if you never wanted to be a Goonie in your life, then... well... I'm sorry. >:)



      In addition, my (not so) secret shame is that I enjoy (b)romantic comedies and high school/college hijinx movies.



      I really can find value in almost anything. But sometimes I pretend to not be interested because otherwise I'd just be predictable.



      For instance, Ponyo is my least favorite Miyazaki film.



      I have been informed that being lukewarm about Ponyo means I have no soul. Shoot. I really wanted one of those.
      TV Shows: Who doesn't like Firefly?



      Also, Game of Thrones, True Blood, Supernatural, 30 Rock, The Office, Community, Outsourced, Perfect Couples, Doctor Who, How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Heroes, House, Dollhouse, House of Mouse.. wait.. what?
      Books, Comics and Graphic Novels: I read a lot. I'm a fan of Wizards' books. Forgotten Realms, Dragonlance, Eberron, Ravenloft, Dark Sun, and of course the Greyhawk novels of Gary Gygax, Rose Estes, and Paul Kidd.



      Also, the works of Jim Butcher, David Eddings, Steven Erikson, J.K. Rowling, and a lot more (of course).
      Music: Metallica. And a lot more.

    Great to meet you, Sam. I knew you were cool the moment I seen your avatar wears a Master of Puppets shirt. Wish me luck, as I'm headed to an SCA event for the weekend. Camping in October in Maine won't be the most comfortable thing I've ever done, but I'm bringing Three Dragon Ante, Inn-Fighting, and lots of beer.
