Two questions and a comment. Question 1: With singleton and prismatic events pretty much not launching, and pauper getting more players for the daily events than block is there any chance pauper will get a few extra events? Question 2: Standard pauper, Extended pauper, or even if there was a newly developed "Legacy" pauper would all get more people showing up than anything but standard or block...some of those would actually probably beat out block...FOR SURE MORE POPULAR THAN THE SINGLETONS! lol Any chance to see one of these added in in the future? Comment: It seems like the devs and powers that be only tolerate pauper...it seems like if it was any other format it would have been promoted and treated more fairly based on its numbers of followers...I figure this is due to WotC thinking it might be bad for its bottom line, but really...its great for magic because lots of low budget players get started move on to other formats eventually too. I don't think it cannibalizes other areas of magic so much as it actually creates a lot of additional players who otherwise wouldn't play...just my 2 cents~ would love to get an actual commentary from someone at wotc on this. Community mostly gets ignored when we ask these kinds of questions.
