Over at www.thepiazza.org.uk/bb/viewforum.php?f=... there are discussions about converting Mystara to 4E. Sparked by Legendarius' comment, does anyone have suggestions they want to share about such conversions? Havard

Gosh! you get my moral support  . I love Mystara, I'm planning on running Arena & Legions of Thyatis as a Christmas special this year so will be paying close attention. Any thoughts pop to mind I'll happily share.

My 4e homebrew group just started a Mystara campaign last week. It's a new setting for most of us, but the DM is converting things from his favorite setting ever, so I expect great thigns!

Never keep away from the holiest of all worlds you you you 3, 3.5, 4E-ers  I 'd like to play Mystara under Hackmaster (original not the new) rules...
...,... and Rock'n Roll - but Minis are fun too...

Yes, that would have been interesting. James Mishler was working on the Hackwurlde of Mystaros, which would have been the Mystara supplement for Hackmaster. Unfortunately, WotC created so many obstacles for the Hackmaster line that KenzerCo broke with them entirely, making Hackjammer the last of the TSR setting based products. I was part of a sort of consultant group for James in the Hackwurlde project and from what I got to see of his ideas, it would have been great Havard

At one point in time I tryed to get a 4th ed Mystara game going but it fell apart. The gaming group im part of IRL hates 4th edition. They wont even try it out because they dont want to atempt to switch there characters over to 4th ed.
BTW, Hi all of you from the Vaults, im there under the same name as I am here.
