In Game History-Tillran is part of the band that is rescued by the heroes in the Transitory Mists.

He helps hack into the system so the heroes can see the Imperial delegation arrive at the "Wheel" giving them an edge. He later helps the heroes build their secret base outside of Kellos and takes charge of the communication needs.
