IPG Currently states that in regular tournaments, only USC disqualifications should be reported to the DCI, so the quoted text has to be changed accordingly, maybe like this:

"H.4 - ApplicationCompliance with this policy is required for all disqualifications in DCI-sanctioned Competitive and Professional tournaments and Unsporting Conduct disqualifitacions in DCI-sanctioned Regular tournaments."
