Kaisaris

Kaisaris is a Wizard known to live just outside of Arborshate. He keeps to himself mostly but is happy to use his powers to help anyone who will ask for it.
He rarely leaves his house.

Kaisaris is a powerful Wizard with him able to hold back an army with a barrier for weeks without much concentration.
He is intrigued by puzzles but also seems to do what he can to keep powerful items from falling into the wrong hands. For this he will hire mercenaries to carry out his tasks.
