The COre COliseum (CoCo) is the place to be if you want to engage in tactics-oriented arena-style combat. We currently are offering 4e characters and combats and 3.5e characters and combats, we are happy to recommend every one to come and join us and have a good time watching pitted battles. The CoCo is a place to optimize, experiment, test and kill each other's builds and creations.
The 4th Edition CoCo (Sagaris) is currently running teams of 2 against other teams of 2 and teams of 2 against monster teams. We plan on adding more features as we can balance the rules for them. You can find the full rules for Sagaris in the CoCo's Wiki, but newer players should head to the Quickstart Guide first.
The 3rd Edition CoCo (Gladius) allows players to test their builds in a wide variety of circumstances and versus a wide variety of opponents. We feature single character versus single character fights, multi-character fights (2 vs 2, 1 vs 2) and even free-for-alls. We also have rules in place for quests and campaigns for people interested in a more structured role-playing environment. You can find the full rules for Gladius in the CoCo's Wiki, but newer players should head to the Quickstart Guide first.
The environment of the CoCo is constantly being worked on to be improved. We welcome constructive suggestions in the Tavern (in our forums) and via PM.

The primary purpose of the Expert Dungeon Master Competitions is threefold:
1. To create a resource for new Dungeon Masters drawing on the vast talent pool of the experienced Dungeon Masters of this forum.
2. To create a fun and vibrant competition that is sportsmanlike and friendly.
3. To showcase the creativity and talent of Dungeon Masters like you.
The competitions generally run for two weeks at a time and are judged by past winners of the competitions. Come on in and give it a try!
Sometimes your players show up at a bar and want to fight. Other times a trip through the woods is getting boring. And for the third day your group has sailed the astral sea and seen bupkiss.
Use these quick, random, encounters to fill in an otherwise uneventful journey. Each encounter is titled based on the terrain type and level for quick indexing or searching.
Click on the wiki home page to see a list of current, indexed encounters.
Anyone who wants to is free to join, post and edit the wiki of this group.
Use our forum to discuss current encounters, request new ones, or share ideas.
Use the photo section to add maps people can use with a specific encounter.
This is a bit of experiment, the kind of thing that seems like a good way to pass the time while taking care of my wife as she recovers from surgery.
Here's the deal: I'm going to post a map of a dungeon, likely a randomly generated one from one of several such places on the 'net. Then, I'm throwing the wiki open to allow anyone to describe the areas in the dungeon. You can even add new levels and sub-layers, though make sure there's some way to get to them from the starting map.
There really is no overarching plot. You can add stuff and see if people run with it, or you can go ahead and make a bunch of rooms, but the design style and actual contents are up to you.
The actual content of the dungeon is down in the wiki, below.
You can also start browsing the dungeon's contents at the wiki's home page:
This group is for all those who create maps. No matter if you are a pro, new to the whole thing or just interested. Here you can probably find like-minded folks who share their maps with you, exchange ideas and might even help you now and then!
My campaign. Originally started back in May, I couldn't get this going. So I decided to try again. This is 3.5, so remember that.
If anyone wants to help me DM, PM me. If I approve, you'll get moderator powers here, and here only.
And I have found the image! Of course, further improvements would be nice...
