Yes, Standard constructed format means you bring your own deck containing at least 60 cards from Zendikar, M10, and the Shards of Alara block only. If a card was reprinted in one of those sets, you can bring an older printing of the same card if you wish (e.g. you can bring a 4th edition Giant Growth because it was reprinted in M10, and that will be legal). But, the card must have exactly the same name, so you cannot bring a Remove Soul even though Essence Scatter was printed in M10. Our events for November are held in MC 2017, which is on the second floor of the math building. The next event is this Friday, November 6, and the tournament begins at 6 PM. The dates and locations of the December events are TBD.

Actually, the draft community is already well-served at the University. Every Tuesday night at 6:30 PM there is a sanctioned booster draft tournament held in PHY 308 or 313. There are usually enough players for three pods. There is no entry fee and the players supply their own packs, or can buy them from the organizer for ten dollars per draft set. Rares and foils are re-drafted for prizes.
