To be honest this day is my most flexible day, so if there is enough of you who are available the same times this is the day I will be able to make most of the time. It would be easiest if we pick a standard time such as UTC or GMT. I don't know if they are the same thing.
So it seems Tuesday around 2pm UTC will be a good day to offer on a regular basis.

They are, in fact, the same thing. I could make it from 1pm (though 2pm is preferable) UTC to the absolute maximum of 10 pm (though again 9pm would be preferable)
In short: 1pm to 10pm UTC (2pm to 9pm prefered)

My time window for tuesday (or any weekday for that matter) is pretty much the same as Morrittaja's prefered time window, that is 2pm-9pm UTC. 1pm is a possability, but that means I'll have to leave work early and thus is not a very relyable hour of me.

I should always have my Tuesdays & Wensdays open assuming we start between 3pm~7pm CST (4/8 Eastern).
90% of the time I am free on Saturday free to start from 11am ~ 11pm CST (12pm/12am Eastern)
Ussualy only have a couple of days notice on any other day.

I have an avaliability Tuesday at 8:00 pm CST (Nov 1)
I have played through room 1 twice (not 2), and I think i am elgable for room 3,4 but unsure
(i am happy to run through room 1,2)
that is 1:00 AM UTC
