Since we have a few customers who are off this week and can't normally make our Friday Night magic, we are offering...
Booster Draft On-Demand! Drop by Chimera with 6 or more people and we will run a Booster Draft! Complete with Foil prizes and Tournament Points... Just £11 per person for the Boosters. and if you are interested and available on Tuesday... We have two people already interested in a Booster Draft, but they need help filling the numbers. So if you'd like to jump into a draft on Tuesday (from 1pm)... drop by and join us. Email Blair at blair@thechimera.co.uk to give us a heads up if you are interested in a Tuesday Draft! ...

As scheduled...
This coming Friday, Feb 17th, will be a Booster Draft at Chimera in Brierley Hill. Entry Fee is £11 and includes your three boosters, as always! We have restocked our bar with Hot Choco, Tea and Coffee to help keep people warm. And as we have proven last night... the open fire works great! (When we have proper coal for it.) :) The store side of things are also staying warm now thanks to a new heater. So drop on by for a visit, a game, and some much needed warmth. Since we had so much feedback and requests for what to run during FNM... we have updated our schedule for February.
Feb 3rd: Dark Ascension Launch Party and Sealed Event (6 Boosters / £22) Feb 10th: Standard Constructed (1 Booster / £4) Feb 17th: Dark Ascension Booster Draft (3 Boosters / £11) Feb 24th: Stanard Constructed (1 Booster / £4) Hope this schedule is more appealing to our customers! Thanks to everyone last night for making our first Booster Draft and HUGE success!
We finally got the numbers we have been expecting since we get so many people in during our THREE days open. :) And Thank you every so much for all the feedback too. As a result of all the feedback we got and after discussing with the staff (my wife) :)... we have revised the schedual for Feb and I've updated things for March. I'll post our NEW Feburary FNM Schedual in another BLOG post shortly... as well as March, but the basic patern we are going to carry forward is this: Each Month we will do... Sealed Event on the 1st FNM Standard Constructed on the 2nd FNM Booster Draft on the 3rd FNM Standard Constructed on the 4th FNM And any month where there is a 5th FNM... it's Standard + Modern/Vintage for those who...

Remember Dark Ascension gets released on Feb 3rd!! Chimera will be holding our first Launch Party and Booster Draft on Friday Feb 3rd! See you all at the shop soon!
