Daphne is one of Gabrielle’s “sisters” and is also the only one (aside from Gabrielle herself) to not marry.

An exquisite archer and prolific trainer of the art to the warriors of Songhold, she is also mother to Vanessa, one of only pure Tanar’ri in Songhold not created through the magic of an artifact (Gabrielle du Gray is the other). After her ressurection following the destruction of Songhold, Daphne relocated to Chendl and aided in the war with Sesla Ludan.
