That's probably the way I'll go, yeah.

Edit: I see Abdul is human, Ogi is dwarf, and Pash is Mul/Goliath reflavored as Orc.  What is bone_naga?

Not sure yet. I was thinking of dragonborn, but I don't know. I like to play nonstandard races, but of course there is the issue of lack of support. Specifically I was looking at orc and hobgoblin.

There should be tons of DB support. My DDI is working again, so if I can dig around for you on that I'm happy to do it. Now, if I can only get windows working so I can run CB... Blasted stupid Silverlight. I don't get who really thought that was a good idea. Sigh.

Reflavoring: the change of flavor without changing any mechanical part of the game, no matter how small, in order to fit the mechanics to an otherwise unsupported concept.
Retexturing: the change of flavor (with at most minor mechanical adaptations) in order to effortlessly create support for a concept without inventing anything new.
Houseruling: the change, either minor or major, of the mechanics in order to better reflect a certain aspect of the game, including adapting the rules to fit an otherwise unsupported concept.
Homebrewing: the complete invention of something new that fits within the system in order to reflect an unsupported concept.

I can do it.

I've replaced the previous Edition Warring line in my sig with this one, because honestly, everybody needs to work together to make the D&D they like without trampling on somebody else's D&D.

Sure, Starting sounds good Just finishing up my character sheet!

OK, if you guys wish, I can run the server. TM, I THINK if we do that then you may have to send me the campaign file you're going to use. I promise to be good and not peek. Not 100% sure though. I know you can log into another server as DM, just not sure if you can load a campaign file from a client or not. If you want to test that skype me

Anyone else, you can skype me as well. I'm online, got some weekend cleanup work to do on some servers anyway, so I'll be here.

Well, if necessary, this session could be mostly "handshake" stuff, making sure everything's working, bit of character development, etc.

Oh, anybody have ideas about recording?

It was last week, but this one should work too. I hope everyone is on board this time.  Sunday we did have a quick "session" with Ogiwan and Abdul, but the only thing we really did was finding out I don't have the english necessary to run this by voice on Skype and I need my typing. Oh, and that we have issues with MapTools. Heh. Anyway, nothing that's unsurmountable.

Don't you mean insurmountable?

"I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody." --Bill Cosby (1937- )

Vanador: OK. You ripped a gateway to Hell, killed half the town, and raised the dead as feral zombies. We're going to kill you. But it can go two ways. We want you to run as fast as you possibly can toward the south of the town to draw the Zombies to you, and right before they catch you, I'll put an arrow through your head to end it instantly. If you don't agree to do this, we'll tie you this building and let the Zombies rip you apart slowly.
Dimitry: God I love being Neutral.
4th edition is dead, long live 4th edition.
Salla: opinionated, but commonly right.
