Archetype: A droid crime-lord who uses a mixture of martial arts and pistol wielding. Encounter Difficulty: CL 12 Number of opponents: One Race: Droid, perferably of Large-size and is either a 3rd-degree,4th-degree, or 5th-degree droid Any other details: Like I said, I'd prefer for this droid to have a focus on martial arts and pistol wielding, but with a starting class in Noble for skills.
I'm both chaotic and orderly. I value my own principles, and am willing to go to extreme lengths to enforce them, often trampling on the very same principles in the process. At best, I'm heroic and principled; at worst, I'm hypocritical and disorderly.

5th degree labor droid? Very interesting. How about an LB-series bulk Loader droid that decided it's had enough of hauling crates and sets off on his own to build his own empire? He has a few nuts and bolts missing.
Or, if you want a 3rd degree Protocol droid turned Crime Lord, there are lots of base models to choose from. However, this one would most likely have to be Medium size instead of large. Large 3rd degree droids are almost nonexistant.

I really like the idea of a LB-series bulk Loader droid building his own criminal empire. I'll settle for that.

*Archetype: A master mechanic and weapon and gadget designer *Encounter Difficulty: Unimportant. The character is an ally who won't be engaging in combat. I just want to have his actual stats. Number of opponents: Any Race: Any, maybe sluissi? Any other details: The character is going to be an inventor, mechanic, and tech specialist on the side of the PCs who will create and modify equipment for them to use in the field, but the character himself won't engage in combat. Think Q from James Bond.
Here is your master mechanic. He can create and modify weapons, armor, vehicles, and devices.

T1 Crime Lord CL 12
This droid missed one too many memory wipes or maintainance checks. He’s had enough slaving for humanoids and decided that they should slave for him now.

Archetype: Four Nikto thugs Encounter Difficulty: CL 1- CL 2 Number of opponents: Four Race: Nikto Any other details: Nothing really complicated, just need 4 Nikto thugs who will put up a decent challenge to 5-six heroes. Sluissi Tech Specialist CL 6
Medium Sluissi nonheroic 18 ...
I like that one if for nothing more then the extensive use of Nonheroic levels to fill a basic character instead of making a hero and trying to fill in all of those "extra" feats and talent slots. If you're just looking for a skilled character non-heroics ROCK!!

Thanks. SaltandPepper didn't specify a level limit, so I felt free to go up as high as nonheroic 18. The other thing is that the talents didn't really add much, except making him better at jury-rigging. But since this is an NPC that won't be getting into combat, jury-rigging bonuses are pretty useless.
And finally, Superior Tech is a character feat that can only be taken at minimum level 9, which means that if I wanted to select it multiple times, I'd have to take it at levels 9,12,15,18. I'd hesitate to make a CL 18 mechanic (unless there was a good reason), so I used nonheroic levels, which only increase in CL every 3 levels. Also, although he is level 18, his defenses and hp are quite low. Also, he has no weapon proficiencies, so his attack with a blaster is also low (-5 non-proficiency penalty), even though his BAB is high. All of this reflects a good mechanic but not a great combatant.

Archetype:Celebrities and richest people (rise of the empire era) Encounter Difficulty: CL2 (social encounters adaptation from DoD episode 8) Number of opponents: 5 PC's CL2 or CL3 Race: Human, Twi'lek, Sullustan
Any other details: - A Stuntman / Podracer Pilot : Adult Human male, blond hair, gray eyes. Arrogant, spoiled, and overbearing, he races customized airspeeders, swoops, and star yachts when he’s not busy chasing romantic prospects. - A Fashion Designer : Middle-aged Twi’lek female, blue skin, brown eyes. Gregarious, flamboyant, and eccentric, she regularly does charity work for wildlife conservation groups. She is never without her purebred voorpak, Taezii, a tiny fluffy animal that fits in the pockets of Lynaa’s robes. - A Senator / executive in a mining corporation : Old Sullustan male, brown eyes, tan skin, plump build. Friendly, pragmatic, and driven, he reads the entire front section of the Brentaal Trade News every morning over breakfast. -A Princess / Actress and Singer : Adult Human female, long braided black hair, dark skin, green eyes. Inquisitive, insightful, and savvy, she acquired a taste for sabacc after studying it for a role in a holodrama about a Hutt crime family.
Perhaps Non-heroic6/Noble1 for each of them? Thank you in advance !
