Hey gang,

Sorry I am a bit late to the party, but I just want to say that I really regret WOTCs decision.  With this move, I doubt that there will be anything for me to buy anymore from WOTC.  D&D 4th was not so good, the new Gamma World was not at all to my taste, and now the only person there that cared about WAS is gone.  I doubt that we will see any more sets, which is too bad as I wanted to at least get all the pearl harbor battleships.

I will Rick well.  He did a great job on WAS.  If they bring him back as a consultant to do set VII I will buy my normal two cases.

Thanks,
Duncan

Wow, Sad News indeed.

I will be sending an email to WotC expressing my regret ragarding Richard Baker.

I don't know if you will ever read this Richard, but you have a ton of my respect. There will always be a seat at my gaming table for you. I just hope someday you will actually take me up on that!

Peace

I am very sad to hear that Rich had been let go.

Rich's enthusiasm and ideas for this game will be sorely missed. It was truely a naval enthusiast making a game for naval enthusiasts. Thank you Rich if you read this, your work has made many a happy hour during game night.

Please dont let this be the end of War at Sea WotC. I look forward to collecting many more ships.
