Hi all!

Version of Reporter (DCIR or WER): 4.1.1.317
Operating System: Windows Vista SP1
Nature of the Issue: I ran a prescheduled FNM event without using WER and am attempting to use the post event entry feature, however the check box is greyed out and cannot be clicked. Having entered the results in WER, upload status reports a reported event issue (as expected). I'm not sure how to get round this ...
What Error Code Comes Up (if relevant)
What Method(s) You Have Tried to Fix the Issue(s): Restarted WER.

Please let me know if this is fixable. I appreciate any input. I also realise that this might be a simple fix, but a search in this forum and google has not yielded something relevant.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen this error before.  Have you tried using the online reporting tool?  I would make sure to report this error using the customer service tool.

I have the same problem with

"reported event issue" in red for two events.

I don't want a bad account for that.

Thank you

I too don't want to see anything bad come of this.  Have you tried using the Online Reporting Tool?

I have had some experience with WER throwing an error when I attempt to upload, and on the second upload attempt it works fine.  What have you tried to do to get around the issue?

Hi.
I also have this problem with reporting, but usually, by clicking twice , like JFSLICER said , it eventually gets it right.

Hi,

Ok, I understand the problem. I reported a post event and I don't checked the box for "Post event entry". I tryed to upload many times but the "reported event issue" in red is highlighted. I just want to know if I have a solution?

If the above solutions did not work for you, the best thing to do is to contact your WPN Rep.  Did the online reporting tool really not work as a solution?
