Imagine a world where the first-time D&D player rolls stats, picks a race, picks a class, picks an alignment, and buys gear to create a character. Imagine if an experienced player, maybe the person helping our theoretical player learn the ropes, could also make a character by rolling ability scores and picking a race, class, feat, skills, class features, spells or powers, and so on. Those two players used different paths to build characters, but the system design allows them to play at the same table. -Mearl

They might not be solid openings. But at the moment we have 1 opening to fill in as an alternative atleast.

My friend is DM Sunday's so it conflicts with his schedule.
I'm guessing based on Sir Dave's post that we are cancelling again?

Solely Depends on Beiro showing up. If not yes we are cancelling, and being a new DM i am learning the harsh mistake of hosting games at the Summer holidays.

Yes, it is cancelled this week as well. At this point I am gonna start taking it easy, I will look for players but so far it is pretty understandable how the Summer holidays are turning out for people. If everyone manages to show up one weekend then do say so and we will run a game.
Also looking at how things are going is this a Sunday thing for you guys? Because I keep getting hints from other players and forums that Sunday is a horrible day to play for a lot of people.

Yea that would cause some slight logistic issues for me, as it would be in 1 AM in the morning. Maybe by some freak chance i might arrange it. But yeah would be damn difficult, after work at 1 AM dming might be very hard.
