The DMG2 template is a good start, but it does leave a lot open. That is both good and bad. The way the WWGD is structured the open-ended approach might not work for all tables, so I decided to have something in the back pocket in case that it seemed more advantageous to run something, instead of spending the time creating something.
I guess that in the end we'll see.
It's not that difficult, unless you're like me and like to tinker. The DMG2 Template is very limited, and only provides for 2 encounters. So I had to get working on a more complete adventure. The template is a good "start." But for a full-fledged adventure you'll need more. Good luck with the writing.
I dig your colorful dice-filled avatar.
