Group B: Leucis & Sim After hearing everything that is about to occur Zargoth decides that since he has not been paid and is no longer needed he will part ways with the party. So Sim and Leucis decide to return to Wrafton's Inn. When they arrive they find it is empty save for Karathix and Krag. Krathix and Sim sit at a table and begin to explain why they are both here and what their objective are. They also realize that they must both speak to Eilian the Old. Even though they know thery are here for different reasons the party agrees it would be best to work together and perhaps they will all gain what they desire as a result. Sim explains the sitruation with Lord Padraig and how there may be work up for grabs so they decide to speak with him in the morning before leaving town. Everyone retires for the evening except for Krag who lingers behind to speak with Salvana. He asks her if Winterhaven has a local smithy. She mentions Thair Coalstriker. But the shop has been closed for several days now. Krag inquires about the quality of his work and all she can say is that she knows he has been here as long as Eilian, possibly as long as the town itself. Krag then heads for his room for the night. Party Merge Everyone is fast asleep when suddenly around 3 A.M. noises can be heard from downstairs. Karathix is the first to hear this but decides to ignore the comotion and return to sleep. within a few minutes footsteps can be heard coming up the stairs. then nothing more for a moment. Suddenly there is a knock on the door across from Karathix and Krag's room. The guard knocking yells out "CoCo wake up!" CoCo jumps out of bed and puts on his armor and grabs a weapon before replying. "Who is it!?" Before an answer can be given it is obvious a second group is coming up the stairs, more guards. This time they stop in front of the first door. Krag overhears the conversation "He's in this room." Leucis then hears a knock on his bedroom door and a guard tells him to wake up as well. He immediately recognizes the voice as one of the local militia they met earlier. CoCo again speaks out through the door "Identify yourselves!" The guard replies and tells him that there is an emergency meeting at eh manor. His name is Tibein and he was sent by Lord Padraig to collect him. CoCo was apparently supposed to meet with the Lord in the morning. Krag & Karthix (who isn't as asleep as he seems to be) hear the guards in front of CoCo's say "Where are the other ones?" They can hear them approach their own door and knock loudly. As CoCo emerges from his room he looks around. He quickly realizes that the 3 guards standing in front of Leucis's door and his own are wearing different armor. All he can determine beyond this is that they also appear to have different objectives. Leucis is told the Lord of Winterhaven wishes to speak with him. Leucis says that is well and all but he is guarding a lady in the room next door and can not leave her. One guard from this party then moves to Sim's door and knocks. Meanwhile Krag and Karthix prepare for the worst. The quickly jump out of theirs beds and gear themselves ready. The guard knocks again on their door and this time tells them "Lord Padraig would like to have a word with you adventurers." Krag snipes back "This late at night!" The guy explains to him that the Lord is looking for adventurers to aid the town with an emergency situation. He informs them that there is a meeting about to take place and it would be most appreciated if they could attend. The two decide that it may be best to investigate what is going on, after all Lord's do tend to be wealthy. Sim opens her door and in stares the guard down with a cold stare and a bright glowing corona of red. "Who are you and what do you want!?" "We are here looking for adventurers to help the town by the request of our lord. I am one of the Lord's personal guards. Would you please come with us?" As she is talking to him the rest of the party, including the other two of the Lord's personal guards, leave the inn and head for the manor. Sim asks the guard how it is the lord knows of her and the party. He informs her that Salvana told Lord Padraig that there were adventurers staying at her inn. She then asks where the manor is. The guard tells her the location but when she attempts to find out how to get there all he says is that they really must go and he must take her there personally. Sim again gives him a cold look and with a short and simple "NO!" she slams the door in his face. (Sims story continues but since the party/players do not have this information this party of the session will be added at a later time once revealed.)
Group A: Leucis - CoCo - Krag - Karathix The two groups of guards arrive at the manor. CoCo takes a good look around the manor and notes that is is located along with 2 other buildings behind an inner city wall. He observes the wall for tactical information and realizes that going up the wall there is a small path that runs the length of it. Leucis is escorted through with the guards he came with. The other group of guards halts at the gate and tells the party to continue with these new guards. As they do so Krag gives the former guards some lip, question why they are being handed off like cattle. The militia replies that they are no permitted beyond the gate but only the Lord's personal guards. They merely nod without word to the other guards and leave heading back into town. As the party continues from the gate entrance to the manor they notice six guards standing off tot the side. These guards appear to be more veteran than the others. One in particular seems to have even been in a battle recently. One of these guards turns to him and asks "So you arrived tonight? Were you paid?" The group continues inside before they can hear anymore of the conversation. Once inside the manor they are taken to a large room and asked to have a seat at a side table. In this room there are four small side tables surrounding a large conferance like table in the middle. At a side table to the left there are two elves seated here. One looks clearly older than the other. They remain quite as the party passes them. Around the room there are six guards spread out and standing at attention. At the main table Lord Padraig and a female elf are seated. Leucis is seated at the main table and the others to the side. The doors to the room re-open and Delphina walks into the room. Lord Padraig greets her and asks her to sit at the table. The Lord turns to Ninaran and starts the meeting. "I understand the problem we had discussed ealier and I believe these adventures may be of some help, if they are willing. The Lord turns to Leucis and asks for his name to which he replies. The lord then calls for CoCo to join them at the table. CoCo thanks the lord and Leucis is introduced to CoCo. The lord looks back to the party's table and asks Leucis if there are with him. He says yes and the Lord motions for them to join. He then turns to the elven ranger and introduces her as Ninaran to the party. Leucis introduces CoCo to the party. Krag asks bluntly "Why is he here?" The question is promptly ignored. Lord Padraig then turns to the human and introduces her as Delphina to the remaining party, whom is very quite. He begins to talk about a conversation they had had previously concerning the local attacks of kobolds. He then turns to the party and asks if there is any way they could help with this threat on the road and town. Suddenly before the party can answer the doors swing open and two guards and dwarf enter the room. The guards introduce him as Capore and say he brings urgent news. The young lord is obviously annoyed and demands to know why it could not wait. "I bring news from Thorribin my Lord. The Eyes Of Orcus have been taken!" The Lord shrugs it off and replies "We will discuss after the meeting is over." The dwarf is seated on the other side of the room at a small table. Lord Padraig turns back to CoCo and the party and asks if there is anyway they could come to some sort of agreement and work together on the matter. Leucis after hearing what the dwarf has said and knowing what he does about the Eyes Of Orcus suggest that it is likely that the events of the attacks and the theft could be related. Immediately Ninaran stands and shouts "ABSURD! These rumors are not true! They are not related just as there is no cult activity!" CoCo begins to call her out but Leucis whispers that it would be wise to keep it hush hush for now. The party is again asked if they will help and Karathix inquires about payment. He is told that there will be payment but as to how much it cannot yet be said. The party decides to help with the hope of glory and reward to come. Karathix and CoCo begin to question the Lord for more information regarding the kobolds. The says that all he knows is to travel back to King's Road as the attacks seem to always occur there. CoCo asks about supplies, maps and transportation. He is told that in town their is an armory and a stable. But the most he can offer is a donkey to carry their supplies. They are also informed about Market Square. And are told that this is the main reason for urgency. Apprarently there is a market day held here and merchants from all across will be traveling down the King's Road to sell here. The group decides it would be best to leave as soon as possible. Karathix asks if the lord knows the location of the Shadowfell Keep and the Dragon's Burial site. He says he knows nothing of a burial site, but that he can help with the keep and gives the party a map with it's location. The party agrees to leave immediately once they gather supplies and find Sim. Delphina says that she would like to discuss a private matter with the Lord afterwards. Leucis turns to Krag and attempts to get him to talk to the other dwarf for information. However not being one to be pushed around and seeing no benefit for him in it, he declines. So as the dwarf is heading to the main table Leucis asks him to stop and attempts to gain some knowledge. He then asks him these questions three:
1: Tell me everything you know about the Eyes Of Orcus. The dwarf says nothing. 2: Who would take the Eyes and why? The dwarf says nothing. 3: Is there bad blood between the elves and the dwarfs? The dwarf says nothing. (I'm sensing a theme, or bad die rolls) CoCo approaches the elves and asks if they have any information on the kobolds that could be useful. They know nothing but the younger of the two, impressed by CoCo's demeanor offers to help the party. They were apparently here seeking militia work and would welcome the opportunity to help the lord. The party returns to the inn only to find Sim missing. After waiting a few moments she walks up to the front door and says they should gather the supplies and donkey and head out of town. Krag begins to question this statement but it is foolishly overlooked and the leave town and head for their destination. After traveling off the road and entering the woods. As they emerge from the trees they can hear the rush over water hitting the rock bed below the cliffs. It was also obvious that they were no longer alone. Queitly the party sneaks in to gain a better look at the situation. From their observations they determain that there are approxamentaly ten minions, a wyrmpriest, two dragonshields, as well as two other kobolds. Faint growling can also be heard as two drakes begin to prowl through the trees. In the middle of it all there is also a eerie blue glowing circle surround by rocks, suggesting some sort of ritual mound.
Karathix decides it would be better to scout ahead alone and get a hold on the situation. Leucis rushes forward to the left side and attempts to draw attention to himself by intemidating the enemies around him. (Combat portions coming soon)

Born in Thorribin, part of an artisan clan (the exact name is not known at this time). As a young adult Krag had already grown sick of the politics and corrupt bureaucracy of the few so called ‘ruling’ clans governing to their best interests and not what was best for all. Using his Father Creator given gifts, Krag secretly started to brutally but effectively clean up the corruption that plagued the city with not so politically acceptable methods. Fearing his clan’s safety if he was found out and seeing how deeply corruption entrenched lay with in some clans; Krag left the mountain city. He respected the Father Creator’s love for the mountains, but Krag favored the hill valley forests that lie near mountain chain bases. The cool mountain top air that rolled down through the trees always put him at ease. While exploring one of these deep forests, Krag discovered an abandoned shelter with the remnants of a smithy towards the rear. Enjoying the abundant local game, he cleaned, rebuilt the shelter and smithy. When Krag was still a child, grandfather used to tell tales of ancient dwarf heroes and their great battles. One such hero’s deeds were so great; the far away massive walled city was named after him. That hero was named Krag and this name he chose to be known as. Grandfather also explained the importance of smithing. “Death comes to us all; but the Father Creator Moradin taught us that in creating items that can last for generations, we keep our ancestors alive in memory.” Krag still remembers the deep reverence of holding grandfather’s forge hammer knowing that his father’s father used it. So he began to forge, melting down his mistakes and starting again. After some time, crafting became natural as walking. Krag actually developed a way to blacken his forged weapons so they would not shine in the moonlight during his night hunting. Mastering the basics and using up the remaining materials on his traveling gear; Krag was all set to go out and earn enough wealth to fund and obtain the rituals that will allow him to further his craft and understand how to construct weapons and armor of power.

Group A: Krag & Karathix Krag and Karathix continue to wait at the bar until 9 o'clock rolls around. While they wait for the auction to start the bar becomes packed full of adventurers hoping for a chance at a good job. The two notice a few characters in particular enter the bar during this time. A robed elf and halfling, followed by two humanoids who are also robed. Krag & Karathix decide to move to a table in the back. The auction begins with Jimmy announcing there will be information for three jobs in all auctioned off tonight. The first job announced is for 3 strong men to protect a caravan headed to the town of Winterhaven. The bidding starts at 250g. The four robed men that walked in are seated near each other and begin to converse. Then one of the humanoids bids the 250. He wins the bid and all four men walk into the back room. The second job comes up for sell, it is for 5 strong men to help with a job that requires great strength. The bidding starts at 250g pieces and sell at 550g pieces. It sells to 5 robed men. As the men leave to head to the back Karathix & Krag overhear one of the men say "I hope there is treasure this time, unlike the last one." The third job then comes up, it asks that two men travel to Winterhaven to help out the local militia. It immediately sells for 500g pieces to another two robed men. The party notices that there is hardly a chance to even bid for the job. As the two leave for the back Karathix takes notices that one of them is wearing the same boots as the elves they fought earlier. And the other may have been injured. The auction ends. Krag & Karathix discuss the fact that something seems amiss with the last job. After this the bar quickly empties and it begins to roll into the late nighttime. Krag & Karathix have a discussion about Jimmy's Adventuring experience and also what to do about the elves. They also realize they must find a way to get a room for the night. The decide to approach Jimmy about a few things. They first ask him about the 3rd job from the auction, and why he didn't hold out for more money. After skirting the issue for several minutes of conversation he informs them he has connections with four different guilds and ask if they belong to one. When they reply no he asks if they are looking for work. He mentions he knows of a job involving an artifact. This artifact has caught the attention of a few of the guilds and they will pay well to receive the item. (1000g) The item in question is a Dragon Orb. It is supposedly at a burial site near the town of Winterhaven. He gives them a contact to talk to: Salvana Wrafton in Winterhaven. The two are offered a room for the night and leave early the next morning before the sun comes up. They decide that because the elven twins may be heading down the same road as them, it may be to their advantage to ambush them. They hide in the brush and trees and wait for two hours. They see a militia caravan pass them by. Not knowing whether the elves are in their or not, it is concluded it would be best not to attack so many people. After waiting several more hours the two continue their journey to Winterhaven. Group B: Sim & Leucis & Zargoth The part after realizing that the track they found earlier lead no where decide to head back to town. Sim & Leucis also ask Zargoth to lead them to Winterhaven. The next morning the party gathers together and heads to their destination. After 5 hours of travel they reach Kind's Road. Suddenly they realize they are not alone and are attacked by a Dragon Shield, a Slinger and three minions. Zargoth rushes in to attack the Slinger. From behind the party is surprised by another group of 2 minions and another Slinger & Dragon Shield. From the end of the road they see a human and dwarf enter the area. Group Merge: Krag & Karathix see the 3 adventures under attack and also realize there are 3 minions near them as well. Leucis moves in and takes a swing defeating one of the minions. Karathix shoots a minion as well, ending it's pitiful existence. Krag follows in suit killing another. Krag is attacked back by a minion taking a hit. Another strikes at Leucis, while a second minion drops his weapon in an attempt to hit him as well. One of the Dragon Shields comes in and attacks Leucis. He is also struck from a Slinger with a strange pot, and finds himself immobilized. A minion quickly hits Zargoth and shifts aways. Two more minions appear from the side flanking Zargoth and hitting him. Thankfully the Dragon Shields attempt to hit him as well fails. The Slinger also throws a pot at Zargoth and he finds himself immobilized as well. Karathix brutally slays another minion and Krag, not to be outdone, kills another as well. Zargoth hits the Dragon Shield and a minion in front of him, but critically misses the third. The three he attacked take this chance to attack back, but thankfully they all miss. Leucis attempts to hit the Dragon Shield in front of him but the creature quickly shifts before he can hit. Leucis instead trys to hit a minion but misses again. Lastly he heals himself and realizes he can know move again. The Dragon Shield moves back in and tries to attack Leucis and misses as well. A slinger attacks Krag but his aim was to far off and misses. Once again Zargoth is attacked by a minion, a Slinger and a Dragon Shield but luck is on his side this time and the foes fail to hit him. Sim finally getting her chance quickly heals Zargoth while her blade sinks into the flesh of the Dragon Shield. Karathix unleashes his blade yet again and kills another minion. Krag attempts to hit one as well but his dagger is guarded against. Zargoth attacks two minions and kills one while missing the other. He finds that he is able to mover freely again. Leucis then swings at a minion but fails. Feeling a surge of energy from within he attacks again this time ending the enemy's life. He also takes a moment to move in close to the Dragon Shield. A Slinger attempts to follow Leucis and attacks but misses. The Dragon Shield, happy his prey has moved in close, smashes into Leucis, while a minion shifts in from behind and stabs Zargoth. The other Dragon Shield sees the opportunity and bloodies Zargoth with an attack of his swift blade. A Slinger then throws a fire pot onto Zargoth for ongoing damage. Sim feeling the urgency of the situation heals Zargoth again and takes a moment to return the favor to the Dragon Shield, blooding him as well. Karathix continues his habit by killing another minion, he then takes a moment to drop his crossbow and pull a dagger. Krag sinks his blade into the Slinger in the hopes the battle will soon be over. Zargoth attempts to summon his fire birds but fails to make the birds follow orders and they fly off. He does however manage to extinguish the flames that surround him. Leucis shouts out a prayer to his Goddess the Raven Queen and jabs his great sword into the Dragon Shield ending it's life. Swiftly he turns continues the slaughter and slashes at on of the Slingers. The other Slinger turns to Zargoth and bloodies him again. Sim heals him slightly and using all her strength cuts down the Dragon Shield killing him. Karathix attacks a Slinger leaving nothing but a bloody mess behind. Zargoth finishes the fight by ending the other Slinger's life. Party: The temporarily formed party agrees to travel to Winterhaven in case of another ambush. As they reach their destination they see the town of Winterhaven surrounded by a wall and approach the front gate. They are greeted by two guards, local militia clearly formed from the local townspeople. Sim speaks up and tells the guards that they are here to speak to Delphina on a personal matter. They are let into the town and directed to the local inn. Once inside they see several locals and a women at the bar. Sim approaches the women and she introduces herself to the party as Salvana Wrafton the Inn Keeper. Sim asks about Delphina and they are told she lives in the Tenements in town and runs the local Market Day for the town. Sim, Zargoth, & Leucis take their leave and head to her home. Group A: Krag & Karathix Krag & Karathix realizing that this is their contact question her about the job. She informs them that a man named Devon had come through town recently and mentioned a Dragon's Tomb near town somewhere. He also had business will Eilian the Old and she recommends the party seek him out for more help. The two retire for the evening. Group B: Sim & Leucis & Zargoth The Party arrives at Delphina's residences on the other side of town. They knock of her door and once she answers she is not expecting them it would seem. They explain to her that they were sent by the Priestess Marla. She invites them inside her home. Once inside the party notices several pots of flowers and many drawings on the walls. Leucis wanders off to the side and admires one drawing in particular. Sim sites down with Delphina and mentions that they haven't much time as a girl is missing and may be involved somehow. Leucis while investigating the drawing realizes it is a coat of arms, and there is some sort of winged drake like creature on it. He also believes it belongs to a secret society. He also determines it was a good society. Delphina opens up a little and talks to them about the kobold attacks. She also mentions the new town ruler, Lord Padraig, is looking for help from adventurers to counter the attacks. She mentions she knows him so well because she belonged to a secret society. She tells the party her story and the town's story. Winterhaven was built near the ruins of a place known as Shadowfell Keep. This keep was built to protect some sort of rift. Delphina mentions she has overheard rumors of a cult in the area that are attempting to re-open this long forgotten rift. They have started rituals that require blood sacrifices. And as a result several townspeople have become missing. They also seek certain objects that can be used to open the rift. They are told that Shadowfell Keep lies to the North of Winterhaven. It is in ruins now and no longer guarded as a result. They show Delphina the mirror and she has no knowledge of it. She recommends that they speak with Valthrun to help identify more about the mirror. He is usually found at the local inn or at his tower which lies within the center of town. Lord Padraig is also known to frequent the inn. He can also be found in his manor located behind the inner walls of town. They then inquire to Delphina about some other information including the town's market day. She tells them that several people from many other towns arrive once a month to sell their goods in the market square of Winterhaven. They also learn that the local town militia is run by an Elf named Ninaran. Who took over just a few short days ago. Currently she has control over 15 members of the local militia. Lord Padraig himself has only been in power for 2 weeks, since the passing of his father. The only thing known about his father's death is that he chocked to death. Some believe it may have been of poison. His body was taken to the local cemetery to be buried in the local mausoleum. The last bit of information they receive from her is that Marla too belonged to this secret society. The society was to support and help a group known as the Legioneers. they protected the Shadowfell Keep. It was overseen by a knight, and 3 distinct races helped to protect it. The humans, the dwarves, and the elves. Eilian the Old may have more information about the keep. The party leaves Delphina and headed back to the inn for the night. End Campaign Session 2

Keep On the Shadowfell - Meet & Greet & Character - Player Introductions

Group A: Krag & Karathix At the start of this adventure Karathix finds himself at the Bloody Axe Inn once again. Having been here a few times before, he walks in a surveys the room. After spotting 2 suspicious looking elves he take a seat close by. While waiting for the conversation to get interesting 2 humans and a dwarf walk in. One of the elves, now reconizable as being twin brothers, notes to the other "That's one of them!" The dwarf sits at a table and attempts to order some food. Without much success he moves to the bar where he engages in a conversation with the proprietor Jimmy. After talking for a moment Jimmy presents some of his best ale to the dwarf. Which the dwarf just walking in takes notice of. This dwarf is named Balanore and has meet with Karathix on a few previous occasions. He decides to approach Krag the dwarf at the bar. Karathix after hearing the elves say "There is the other one..." decides to join Balanore at the bar as well. While introducing themselves Karathix notices the elf twins are approaching and preparing to attack. While the first of the two is making his attack on Balanore, Karathix swiftly comes in from behind landing a critical blow to his back. Sadly it is not enough to stop the attack and Balanore dies quickly. Krag then attempts to jump in and help attack the elves but his blade is deflected. He then jumps back out of harms way. Karathix again attacks and attempts to subdue the elves into laying down there weapons, but they scoff at this. The elf in the back attempts to wound Karathix but doesn't make much of an impact. Krag yet again attempts to help but his blade will spill no blood today. Jimmy comes out from the back and asks the fighting to stop. Karathix intimidates the wounded elf to drop his sword and ask that his friend does the same. After several tense moments of arguing the fighting ceases. While the elves take their seats barhands from the back attempt to clean up the body and take Balanore's belongings. But Krag stops them from taking the bag. When he looks in the bag he finds an Elvish Journal with 4 entries, a small Iron Key, and an ornately Carved Wooden Box. The box is empty and there is a small round indentation where an object should go. Is has a winged creature carved into the box and appears dwarven in origin. After cleaning up the dwarf and human decide to take a table and wait for the auction that evening. But remain on guard for more assaults. As the elves go to leave the bar the two notice Jimmy stops them and whispers something to them. The two continue to wait at this moment.
Group B: Sim & Leucis & Zargoth After arriving in the town of Mindor several months ago Leucis started to live and work in a small human town not far from the town of Winterhaven. He currently spends most him time working at the local mortuary. Most of the town has accepted him despite his demonic appearance. Sim also arrived not long ago, and is helping the town's small militia. Both characters have taken note of each other but have not yet had proper introductions. Early in the afternoon that day around 4 pm, Leucis hood a knock at the door and found a young girl there. The girl was an apprentice of Marla, the local Priestess of Pelor. At the same time across town Sim received the same knock. This time approached by a young woman. The two future party members were asked to follow the girls to Marla's regarding an urgent matter. Leucis arrived first and after noticing how cold it was right away. After heading upstairs he took notice of a strange large mirror at the end of the hallway. He was surprised to find one's reflection only showed once you reached a certain distance in the hallway. Only taking a moment to check it out he determined it was a metal, Gothic styled and possibly Dwarvish in origin. And continued into the room where he was asked to take a seat in front of Marla. A few minutes later Sim also arrived and she too noticed the mirror. She immediately walked up to the mirror and asked what was wrong with it, while taking a moment to brush her fingers up along the side of the mirror. Marla's assistant merely noted it had been there long before she had arrived and that Sim really must not keep Marla waiting. After walking in the room she noticed that Marla was not alone and took a seat next to her other guest. Both Sim & Leucis noticed a distinct collection of mirrors around the room, 10 to be exact. Marla informed them that in the neighboring town of Winter Haven, cult activity had been on the rise and she was concerned that in may end badly. She asked the two to travel to Winter Haven and seek out Delphina, whom she believed was the proprietor of the local Wrafton's Inn. After noticing that on of the mirrors was not centered Leucis took advantage of the situation and walked over to straighten it while Marla retrieved something from her closet. He found nothing of interest on the mirror. Marla returned with another mirror in hand and laid it on the table. Telling the party that is was a special mirror that would help them with their task. She popped a small handle out of the mirror and said that it would allow us to see an object that could not normally be seen. Leucis picked up the mirror and played with it a bit even pointing it at Sim. Which showed her to be perfectly Human. After a minute or two more suddenly the two heard a loud commotion downstairs. Someone had broken into the temple. Quickly they drew there weapons and ran to the door. After hearing nothing helpful Marla opened a secret tunnel that led them to safety outside. Once outside they escorted her to the local town hall/militia station for better protection. As fast as they could they returned to the temple to find the front door bashed in. Inside the small girl was hiding under on of the pews. Sim rushed over and asked her if she was okay and what she had seen. The girl said all she had time to see was 5 robed men walk in, and then she quickly hid. After making sure the girl was safe the two continued up the stairs back to Marla's room. Finding no sign of the other girl and no enemy the two decided to take advantage of the time to investigate the hall mirror closer. Sim pulled out a crossbow bolt and tapped the glass with no result. She also checked the frame for clues as to what the mirror may be. Leucis looked at the mirror's reflection and checked for discrepancy's in the reflection, but again noted nothing of interest. As they left Leucis noticed the direction they had possibly taken. But lost the trail. The two returned to Marla and questioned her about what had happened. She replied that she had gotten the premonition that something would occur. With nothing else to go on they decided it would be best to locate someone who could track / find the trail again. They sought out the help of a local druid named Zargoth for assistance. The three returned to the tracks and Zargoths noted they were human and dragon or lizard in origin. After exploring a little further out he realized that the party was no longer alone. They were ambushed by 10 creatures ready for the kill. After several intense moments of battle the party emerged victorious. Nearly loosing Sim at one point. They took a moment to gather the loot and heal afterwards. End Campaign Session 1
