Welcome to the Blood and Prophecy PbP game.  I hope we all have fun and see this adventure to the end.   *Waves arms around the Thread*  This is the Lucky Dragon, a little thread on a side street in Sharn.

So sit down and we'll chat about the game, life and all the little things.  For starters, what are we going to do...

Hello all! *Takes a seat and pauses to think* I think we should start out by pre-existing relationships between characters, though we already know that much, here would be a good place to discuss that. :P
It would probably be good to straighten out how exactly we're starting and discuss what evils we have planned-...

Oh! A sudden question occurs, Kayne; How far, in levels, do you intend to go with this campaign? Merely curious.

Posting my character sheet in the other thread and getting ready to play the game! BTW, Kayne, I think you spelled OOC wrong in the thread title

As for pre-existing relationships, I have near-zero understanding of the geography of Khorvaire so far because I've only played one other Eberron game and it was cut short. So if anybody has any ideas for how they know Grommack, I'm cool with that, but I'm not sure if anyone else is even in his part of the world before the Last War :P

Ok Grom, here's some context...

The Mourning happened in Cyre. I believe that Kayne said we have all personally witnessed the Mourning as part of our background, so if that's the case everyone was fighting in Cyre or close enough to its borders to see the destruction.

What nation was the Conspicuous Oils fighting for? Depending on that he may have fought alongside or against Adaman or the others.

Grommack is a House Tharashk scion, and House Tharask is now in the business of hiring out mercenaries. Especially the more monstrous types. So Grommack and Han may have a connection through the House if Han is a Tharashk mercenary.

I think we're going to play out our part in the Mourning before we start out meeting four years later

Also, Pash, could you shrink the image in your character sheet a little bit? Just so it doesn't stretch the page. I think 640px is the max width without stretching.

I have the work up to take this all the way to Epic Max (30) but if it doesn't work that way theirs always side quest from backgrounds, premades that people think would be fun (which can be tossed at me at any time, or the players themselves can throw quest or adventures my way they would like to see. (then i just have to mess with them

You are partially correct about all personally witnessed the Mourning, so if your background or meet ups don't include it don't worry about it that'll change pretty soon.

Fixed.

Also, Han was serving with the Tharashk mercenaries, I'm cool with a few of us having been tossed together.

Seriously, though, you should check out the PbP Haven.  You might also like Real Adventures, IF you're cool.

Lin you need to shrink yours as well...

Anyways, Ive added a post to let the Rping start. I'll try to get things moving but as I work night right now I'm more likely going to forward things along around this time and early morning, I hope that this is ok with everyone.

On another note, would you all hate me if I requested copies of your build files, I use a programe called MasterPlan to keep track of things and I would like to import your characters into the program.

Another think @ Lin, looking over a couple of things with my Mark of Making, I changed some of the rituals that are listed, as well as made Make Whole a general ritual again.  You can take a look and see if you wanna keep that feat.
