Not sure where to shift. Incanus, can you explain those wall squares again please?
Sure: The northwestern and and southwestern walls of the room are slanted, but I can't mark that so well on a grid so they look zigzagged. Nevertheless, you can move diagonally along them, rather than having to walk around the apparent corners. So if, for example, Therrat was standing in space i27 (one space north of his current position) he could move directly to space j26 or h28 without having to go through a different square. If you want to trap him, better to force him to l26 or something.
Minor: Light Power (Cantrips). Definitely targeting Therrat's clothes just in case he turned on his invisibility again! Now Therrat's clothes sheds bright light until the end of the encounter or until Breeze use this power again.

@khan: sure. don't know if i have that much more to keep him pinned down, except for "warden's grasp: if i've got him marked and he's within 5 and attempts to attack someone else he becomes slowed and i can slide him 1.
i'll disengage with the armor and see what I can do to keep the fellow locked down.

Unless it badly unbalances the encounter, I usually just resolve actions in the order they're posted; everything runs a lot smoother that way, and it helps avoid confusion. Thanks for keeping an eye on it, though.

I am hoping to catch up tonight. We've been hit by snow and so some of my relatives are staying here a bit longer than planned. I can't be rude and tell them they're messing with my gaming time so I will just sneak in periodically to catch up and post.  (My mother does not realize I'm still playing this "demon game" and I'd rather not have her running around laying hands on me and praying for me. At least not to cure me of my gaming addiction. Heck, everywhere else I can use all the prayers I can get!  )

Well, I'm back after my holiday travels. I got an xbox 360 and Skyrim for christmas, though, so I'm basically dead to the world.

Well, not entirely. Yes, it's Jadeth's turn, but I would've updated earlier if I'd had the time. The holidays have just been too busy for me. I'll try to get the game moving as soon as I can... but probably not today.
