Star Wars: Amongst the Broken (approved by seTiny)
It is a time of hope for the Republic. Telos has been improving heavily under the Ithorians's efforts, and is slowly being restored to the paradise it once was. Meanwhile, the Jedi Order is being rebuilt by the Lost Jedi, disciples of the "Jedi Exile" Meetra Surik, with Mical at the forefront as Grandmaster. All seems to be well for the citizens of the Republic. But beyond the Republic, far in the Outer Rim, lies a vessel. A vessel that might see the beginning of the collapse of a criminal organization that are even more powerful than the Hutts, with consequences that will shake the underworld for generations to come..........
Rules/Guidelines -Characters will be built on 25-points, unless they are droids, in which case, use 21-points -I am not using the Destiny mechanics -Characters may not be of any species not discovered yet without a reasonable/good backstory and reason why they are traveling the galaxy at large -PCs cannot start off with a level in the Jedi class -The PCs are going to be made up of the former crew of a Sith warlord, the crew of a spice freighter owned by the Exchange, and Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders -The campaign will focus on the criminal underworld. -PCs can betray and kill each other

Jezebel Shelan(played by Jarveiyan) Born amongst a "dark" omen on a remote planet in the unknown region, Jezebels people saw her as the "saving grace" that would elevate them back to their rightful place among the galaxy by bringing the extermination of the Jedi Order. They first taught her to survive, while teaching her about the cruelty and treachery of the Jedi when they slaughtered and scattered her people across the galaxy. Jezebel learned of her connection to the force - the "exalted" 6 had her train with the Jedi's favorite weapon(having been fortunate enough to grab 1 while fleeing so many years ago), while being indoctrinated into their inner circle. It didn't take long for her to become impatient with how long the others we're willing to wait, her rage hate and passion inflamed to a intense "inner heat". Jezebel left the others when she turned 16 to go find one who would teach her true power, so she could start wiping out the Jedi. 2 years later Jezebel came across a Sith Lord who she convinced to train her, a warlord of some note. Jezebel has been learning about the ways of the sith. She has been training with a lightwhip and armor. Jezebel tends to "burn" with a intense light when it comes to her emotions, she is currently trying to find ways to rule her anger rather than it ruling her. She also tends to be impetuous and headstrong.

The universe has not been kind to the Mandolorians after the Wars. Revan and Malak had crushed their armies, destroyed the Basilisk droids and done all they could to break the spirit of the Mandolore. But as long as one lived, they would survive to fight another day.
Hax was born aboard a Neo-Crusader vessel not long after the end of the Mandolorian Wars. Raised like any other Mando, his toys were training weapons and his games were tactical puzzles meant to sharpen his mind. A gifted child, with no small degree of natural luck as well, Hax proved his worth.
Having graduated to a full fledge cadet, the young Vizla is ready to join his brothers and sisters as a Neo-Crusader. Fate, though, may have other plans.

Brawk was born to a pair of mildly successfull Bothan traders who for the most part kept their noses clean and out of illicite business or groups. Brawk was well on his way to joining the family business when a promising transaction on the fringe of the Republic ended in disaster as their trade vessel was caught in a battle between rival Sith warlords. Brawk survived in an escape pod moments before the rest of his family died on their vessel when it exploded. Brawk was picked up by a nearby Exchange owned freighter that had been supplying one of the Sith lords. Brawk was taken in and has for the past three years been learning the ins and outs of spice smuggling and has proven to be quite succesfull. Since coming on board, Brawk has discoverd that his parent's ship's destruction was orchastrated by one powerful Exchange member who felt his territory was being infringed upon by Brawk's family's trading business. Brawk now has a strong desire to hurt the this individual and intends to do so from within the organization even though he suspects his identity as a surviving member of his family business is now known and that he may being targeted by the same individual.

As a matter of fact it started with him as a Morseerian named Korior Vanzent in the year 4020 BBY 20 years before the Sith Wars even started. He spent 14 years as a smuggler surviving through The Great Sith War and the Restoration Period and had almost survived the Mandalorian Wars. It was just after the final battle at Malachor V. He and some other smugglers were working with the Jedi fleet commanded by Revan and Malak. They had just delivered supplies to the fleet after the fight when as they were leaving, the fleet opened fire on them. It was assumed all the smuggler ships were destroyed and then the fleet jumped into the Unknown Region to vanish for several years. Korior awoke to some weird sensations and it took him a little while to realize that somehow he was now inside one of the pilot droids. He had no idea how this happened, but the fact that the droid did not need air is what allowed him to survive. He managed to get an escape pod working and made it to the planets' surface. He spent many years trying to find any stories or info of others being transplanted into droids and how he could get back to a flesh body, all to no avail. There were no stories like his and the few people he trusted to tell the story too at first thought he was a crazy droid and tried to have his memory wiped. It never worked quite as they expected it to as his personality always managed to come back and most of the times his memories did to. But over the next half a decade he has been around, his droid memory has been wiped by others so many times that he has lost some of his knowledge, but he still retains most of what makes him, him. So he has learned to act like a droid for the most part, and taken on the name Rigger, a nickname he had acquired before his accident, and over the past many years has managed to upgrade himself from his original chassis. He has continued with his smuggling ways and currently finds himself working whatever odd jobs he can get. Now with rumors of some strange vessel showing up in the Outer Rim he has thoughts of salvage running through his processor. Personality: Life in his new body has altered his outlook on life a lot. Before his transfer he was a fairly cold blooded individual who would turn on and kill his best friend if he thought he could benefit from it. Now he has found he prefers to remember friends and allies fondly and with pleasant memories instead of always looking over his shoulder for payback. He is now almost as trustworthy as a droid, but with a bit more free will. He prefers to work as a team and is not above risking his droid body to save companions. He has done it a few times and so far his mind was still in the droids body when it was put back together. Appearance: Rigger's base body is that of a GD-16 droid. His body is humanoid with legs and 4 arms. Each arm has the ability to extend giving him a longer reach, which comes in handy when trying to fly a ship by himself. His head is cylinder-like, standing on end. His eyes are a single, golden-yellow strip that runs completely around his head. His body is dark grey with dark red highlights. He has four arms ending in hands. From all appearances he appears to be a standard, if older model, pilot droid with a couple of modifications, nothing that really makes him standout from other droids. Nico Cas'keld(played by Wings96) Nico was born into a family of renowned bodyguards, and spent the first few years of his life training to carry on the family tradition, until he found that the same skills that allowed him to be a natural in combat also helped him become lethal behind the controls of a starship... he promptly joined the crew of the spice freighter Caretsian, taking the position of co-pilot and apprentice to the captian, Yveret Sode. Shady Buisness deals done by Sode eventually caught up with them, and the ship was captured by bounty hunters, along with its crew, on Taris. Somehow, Nico escaped being executed... how noone knows. But as he will tell anyone who listens, he seeks only two things in life... the reclaim of the Caretsian...and to avenge his fellow crew-members. In recent years, Nico has been wandering the galaxy from job to job, constantly watching his back, in case the bounty hunters return... as such, he is a quiet loner, with few allies and even fewer friends. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Medium Human Soldier 1 Force 5(1d6); Dark Side 2 Init +7; Senses Perception +6 Languages: Basic Defenses Ref 14(flat-footed 12), Fort 13, Will 12 hp 30; Threshold 13 Speed 6 squares Ranged Heavy Blaster Pistol +3 (3d8) Melee unarmed strike +1 (1d4) Base Atk +1; Grp +3 Special Actions: (Starship) Evasive Action, Ackbar slash Abilities Str 11 Dex 15 Con 11 Int 11 Wis 12 Cha 11 Talents: Devestating Attack (Pistols) Feats: Armor Proficency (light), Armor Proficency (Med.), Vehicular Combat, Weapon Proficency (Pistols, Rifles, Simple Weapons), Starship Tactics. Backround...
Marcus was born deep in the underlevels of Nar Shadda, in a rundown residential area near a major social hub. His mother, Lesha, was killed during a gang war when he was still an infant, leaving his father, Kass, alone to care for him. Kass spent his time working as hired muscle for various crime lords, and Marcus spent his with his friends in the street. Hardly a day went by that Marcus did not get into a fight with the other street boys, and on occasion they would have to run from a out of control gunfight. Kass would teach him the finer points of brawling when he had time to spare, in his own rough but instructive way.
Marcus became tough and strong as he grew, and, as soon as he was old enough, he joined Kass in his mercenary work. Soon Marcus was handling most of the jobs, which gave Kass more time to ply his hand at more lucrative professions. Kass made contacts and was soon trading and selling illegal weapons. Marcus began taking jobs offworld, relying on whoever he was working with to transport him. Marcus took on a Black Sun job on Coruscant that would pay enough to get him and Kass off Nar Shadda. Unfortunately, Marcus was set up by the Vigo to take the fall for the job. Arrested by the CSF, he spent two years in a prison station in orbit around the planet. Marcus resented his imprisonment, but he made valuable contacts while there. After being released, Marcus was returned to Nar Shadda and found that Kass had earned enough to buy a passage and permanent residence off-world for the both of them. After they relocated to Tatooine, Kass continued to do business selling weapons on the black market. While the business provided enough to support both of them, Marcus felt restless on the hot, dry desert world. While certainly dangerous, it was a far cry from the glowing neon lights and nightclubs of Nar Shadda. However, an opportunity soon presented itself for adventure. Recruiters for a powerful Sith warlord were on the planet, looking for potential troops. With Kass' permission, Marcus joined up. The training was hard, but Marcus enjoyed the opportunities to enhance his combat skills. He was soon graduated into the ranks of the regular troops as a private, from which he worked his way up to sergeant.
Appearance and other details Marcus is a human male of 20 years. Tall and well built, he stands at 1.9 meters, weighing around 85 kg. He has strong features and a square jaw. Marcus' hair is sandy blonde, his eyes are pale grey, and his skin is fair. His nose has been broken at least once, offsetting it to the right. Marcus is usually dressed in black and grey clothing, and he wears a light and flexible armor vest everywhere he goes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Aras Tey'Na was the son of two wealthy Bothans who were stationed on Telos as high-ranking officials of Czerka Corporation. During the battle onboard Citadel Station in 3951 BBY, he had been visiting his mother and father after being posted to a low-level position on another Czerka-touched world. Stray fire from a TSF officer armed with a contraband heavy repeating blaster killed both his mother and mother as they tried to reach the safety of Czerka headquarters. Angered, Aras pulled out his subcompact blasdter pistol and killed the man. He escaped the station after killing two more TSF officers and stealing a shuttle. Quitting Czerka, he decided on the fact that life is harsh and uncaring, and that the only way to survive is to work for yourself, outside and beyond any authority, and to make sure you ccan kill them before they kill you. He settled on the life of an assassain, and has slowly been making a name for himself among crime lords as someone who can get the job done, and will eliminate you at the first hint of treachery. During a mission to kill a local police chief on board an Outer Rim station, Qanfin's pirates attacked and raided the station, taking him prisoner. In the gladiatorial battles on Qanfin's ship, he became a favorite of many of the observers for his rfusal to fight "fair". He would bring a shard of glass to a fight, and whip it out at an oppurtune moment, slicing his opponent's throat. Aras' eventual goal, however, has always been to kill the one whose face he saw in that instant before the blaster ended his parents' lives, the one who could have stopped it-Mical. But, first, he must become a master of his trade.

You all wake up on beds in a dark room only illuminated by a fusion latern hanging from the ceiling, emitting a sinister red glow around the room. Brawk, Rigger, and Nico remember signing up as the crew for the Quatermaster-class supply carrier, The Gladiator's Spoils, a smuggling vessel for the Exchange captained by Aza Froxxl, a Rodian with a history of violence. Marcus,Sian, Hax, and Jezebel recall taking passage aboard the ship, for quite the high price. The last thing all of them, except Rigger, can remember is making a toast to the voyage of the vessel with Aza over some Rodian ale. Rigger recalls a blast of blue energy hitting him while he was alone in the cargo bay. The room appears to be mostly bare, except for a few drawers and footlockers next to each of the beds.

His head pounding, with the slow swing of the lamp giving him a nauseating sense that the room itself is spinning, Hax begins to suspect that there was more in that ale than just alcohol. Making a silent pledge to repay Aza in a suitably unpleasant manner at the soonest opportunity, he suppresses a groan and rises off the bed.
Moving slow, and hopefully quietly, he goes through the drawers and footlocker and catalogs his available resources.
