If this thing falls under the Evil Outsider category, then it takes another 2d6 damage. Rosy will still attack as that is the only thing he can do.
Wash: "Yeah well, if she doesn't give us some extra flow from the engine room to offset the burn through, this landing is gonna get pretty interesting."

It's listed as CE gargantuan aberration (chaotic, evil, extraplanar), so no.

d20srd says when grabbed: You can cast only spells without somatic components for which you have any required material component in hand.

As much as I enjoy this game and your DMing, I have to say no. I need to cut back on some of my games and with this one having a hard time keeping players and moving forward, I will bow out also.
Look forward to playing with you all in other games. It has been fun.
