Welcome GhostMachine! We are rather proud of this Forum. WotC puts out all of the source books and they've worked hard to make this place user friendly for us. It can be a bit hard to find, but that only makes this place all the more desirable.

I just notice the purpose of this thread.
Hi.
I'm also into MTG and that's how I'd originally found this site. Somehow these other activities here at the WotC site gradually drawn my attention over the years, so when I found myself playing rpg games over here on this side of the WotC's community. (Thanks to Mr. Xeadin) I'd felt like a regular in the community by that time.

Life gave me a short straw in me wanting to DM something, but nobody I know in person is able to dedicate time.
The reason for my personage joining this group joined here to play around and be an evil DM.

Welcome Gina! It's always nice when another gal joins the group. There are only a handful of us but we are a pretty dedicated group. Evil games are pretty rare around here. Once a year or so our wonderful GM (that's seTiny) will allow a few evil games to start. Hang in there and once you start your game, I imagine you'll have so many applicants your head will spin. (Why do I hear demonic laughing??) Good luck and I hope to see you around in a game or two.

Around here, we girls rock!  This is a pretty friendly site and we have some of the nicest people. I've been playing here forever, as has Mysteria, and I've made some really good friends over the years. The people here are some of the best around and I think you'll like it here. Jump over to the General Thread, which is where most of us hang out to chat. Sorry for the echoes. It gets pretty quiet around here during the holidays.

Welcome, Gray Xx! I think it wierd that anybody would have a no girls allowed game. Although violent roleplaying seems to be mostly dominated by men, I have noticed that women can come up with some of the most effective, creative, and even sometimes sinister, strategies. Besides, most people tend to play their own gender, and having a woman in the party often opens up other options. One time, in a Star Wars Saga game, we had a girl player who helped us to avoid three fights, merely by seducing the bad guy and getting all the information out of him! A male PC would have had a very difficult time with that. So, welcome, welcome!
