Water World Day One
The Pcs woke in their hammocks hanging from the ceiling. Tried from a rather rough and highly unatural storm it is discovered that the Helmsman fell overboard while a spell caster tried to save him. From the storm the tensions rose between those that can cast spells and those that cannot. Sailors are superstisious after all! One of the pcs is a binder that did not perform his spiritual ritual correctly to which he developed a rather interesting physical trait to which all of his hair on his body were teeth! This also made things much worse then they already were. So the PCs made their way over to the kitchen to grab a bowl of fish stew to which they talked about the storm. Afterwards they started to assist in reparing the ship when more of the sailors spoke out about the 'casters' and outright blamed them for the storm. A healer pc started tending to the wounded sailors when he found a dwarf dead in his hammock, though it looked like the dwarf died of natural causes. He imedialtly reported his findings to the deck master to which he covered up the insident and told the pc to speak to the captain about the matter.
After a few long hours the PCs were gathered to go out on a dive when it was discovered that one of the divers went missing. The deck master searched for that PC while the others waited. Yet just as the deck master left six of the crew attacked the pcs blaming them outright for the storm and the death of the healmsman. The Pcs only defended themselves, though the water orc bit a man's arm clean off which frightened the sailors. When the deck master returned with another caster they started the dive.
The Pcs found themselves under water seeing much of the old world, specifically Thay, to which they searched the houses for anything worth of value. As they searched aquatic goblins were spying on them waiting to attack the air breathers. Soon they killed all of the Aquatic gobnlins and returned to the surface with their treasures, or what they tought was treasure. Now the ship is heading for a floating man made island where they can sell what they have discovered.

Water World the Faerun has flooded!
One hundred years ago the world of the Faerun, as you all may have known, flooded horrifically. Many claim it was the Sun God, Pellor, who melted the ice caps for unknown reasons. Yet none of that matters any more for everything that was on dry land is now part of the ocean and home to many aquatic wildlife, some friendly and the majority are deadly.
With many of the world's civilizations now living either on makeshift floating islands anchored to the shallow waters or living out on large ships looking for adventure and treasure. In these times those that can cast magic are considered to be 'unlucky' for many sailors are highly superstisious of anything unnatural.

The Far Pavilions: Part One
Recently on Wednesday at Timezone Gaming been running Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 after D&D Encounters. Here is what has happened from the beginning..
It was a bright calm sunny day in the market district of Waterdeep. The hustle and bustle of the city folk can be easily heard as the bells ring off in the distance letting those who actually are religions folk to know that mass was starting at the temple dedicated to Tyr. The city folk do not notice a dwarven fighter named Korin slowly made his way to a trade shop that was not far from the local inn. As he entered the store he noticed various perches all over the shop and a raven just watching him. Though he was more shocked over the young pale skinned human woman behind the counter with black hair that was tied up in a messy bun who just greeted him in dwarven. He sold a few furs to the young woman named Atreyu Del Vain then went on his way. Immediately afterwards he bumped into a raven haired elf with crimson eyes name, Kaynen. After they both had a brief conversation they decided to go to the near by inn. At the same time a Paladin of Tyr named Garret finished his work at the local temple to which he too was heading over to the inn when he met a noble knight named Alistaire who said he was traveling. Just behind them a monk named Shikage bumped into them and the three traveled to the inn. After a while of dinning and relaxing when the sun started to set to which a bright flash shinned through the windows of the inn. Atreyu immediately started to twitch her head while talking to herself out loud. "I have to go...go have to go...the voice said I have to go..." Staggering and stumbling around the inn she headed towards the door while her raven was pecking at her head yelling at her to stop acting crazy. The others; Kaynen, Garret, Korin, Shikage, and Alistaire followed her outside out of curiosity, boredom, or just being worried for the strange woman. As soon as they all exited the inn Atreyu spoke again while making her way slowly out of town, still twitching, "Go to the moon....go to the moon...lets all go to the moon." Garret discovered that what Atreyu was saying was Go to the nearest temple of the goddess of the moon. Immediately after that discovery a colossal red dragon flew over the group and it was soon discovered that Tiamat landed in the middle of Waterdeep and outright destroyed the city. The party found after running away from the destroyed city was a cave that was once a place of worship to the goddess of the moon. They all ventured forth and discovered a book which the party tried to touch yet it was just incorporeal. When Atreyu touched the book she lifted it up from its alter and a portal swirled forth sending the group to The Far Pavilions.....
Next week I shall post more of the campaign!
