Since this going to be a non-ambush it still going to be an attacking surprise round and dued to the all the roster's disruptions I must make adjustments so during the surprise round your PC is limited to either a single minor action or one of the action bonus powers below. These bonus options can only be activated during this surprise round.
Minor Move: Maximum of speed 3 {subtracted any armor penalties if applicable) The following Interrupt powers counts as the single minor action for this surprise round: Immediate Interrupt Power – Duck And Weave: Trigger: an enemy moves into an adjacent square of your PC. Effect: Your PC may shift 1 and when shifting into no-furniiture/non-stairs square may shift one additional square.
Immediate Interrupt Power – Blocking Parries: Requirement: Your PC must be carrying a weapon. Trigger: A enemy makes a weapon attack targeting your PC. Effect: Your PC rolls a 1d20 and its results becomes your PC's new Initiative order placement and the results also has one of the following effects to the triggering attack.
If your PC’s 1d20 roll is equaling +2 or higher and hasn’t exceeded +5 higher than the triggering attack roll's 1d20 results then the triggering attack is blocked.
If your PC’s 1d20 roll is equaling +6 or higher than the triggering attack roll then the triggering attack is blocked and you may add your PC’s {Strength Ability modifier or when with a light thrown type weapon or a light blade type weapon; then you may use the PC’s Dexterity Modifier instead here} + {1/2 the PC’s Level} + {Weapon Proficiency bonus} + {enhancements and all other attack roll bonuses meant for that particular weapon use only and done so with no other benefits gained nor the use of powers replacing a basic attack applied} as a simplified basic attack versus the triggering attacking enemy.
Or if your PC's 1d20 roll show a results that’s within 2 of the attack roll then the triggering attack then the triggering can only deal half damage if its hit.
Or if your PC's 1d20 roll show a results that’s -2 or lower than the triggering attack roll then you Parry Check has no effect on the triggering attack.
