Then after posting your PC’s Summary you must announce you ready to play on the OOC (Out-Of-Character) thread in which where this link will take you to.


After the announcement you must read the information on this thread behind this link and awaited for myself or another player to start addressing you guys as the new players.


If you preferred you may assigned yourself a square right now by using the map on this thread behind this link . This one is called the Encounter Tracking Thread and wil be the first one you will using.


As long as the square you choose is in one of those locked cubicles then have fun by throwing food at the veteran players of this campaign or you may try to incite the other new players into that type of environment's mischief while their are in their cubicles. (I will be patrolling with the NPCs (Non-Player's Charcters) if I have to.) 
 
All the veteren players have keys to the cubicles and those walls with the other separating factors are arcane proof and brute strenght proof.

'Honour, Justice, Liberty.' 

'Three simple words formed the foundation of Loric's idealistic and moralistic outlook on life. Inspired by the knights who strode through his village, Loric felt an inner stirring when their impressive shields and weapons glistened in the sunlight. In later years, he would learn they were marked with the symbol of Bahamut, the Platinum Dragon. As a child, Loric's life was free of worry, as his father tended to the fields and his mother worked the needle, making clothes for the people of the town.'

'In his teenage years the darkness came, a horde of unclean creatures, which came swift and with no mercy upon his village. The knights, despite their superior training and equipment, were pushed back and the town was raised to the ground. His father was slain in the initial attack, his mother, lost in the battle. Taken in by the company's commander, Eidrath Sunborn, Loric was taught in the arts of war.'

'On one spring eve, the company fell under attack as they made camp. Eidrath was caught unaware, and outnumbered. Spear and wicked knives pierced through his armor and his golden hilted sword dropped to the ground. Loric, charging in with his fellow knights, fought off the vile creatures. Turning to his fallen comrade, Loric held the mortally wounded elf in his arms. Pleading to Bahamut to take his life instead of his beloved commander, Loric was  filled with the light of Bahamut, instinctively raising his arms towards the heavens. Pressing his palms against the commander's grave wound, whispers of shock and awe rose throughout the camp. Eidrath was healed. No longer a knight, Loric put down his blade, and took up shield and mace, as a cleric in Bahamut's name.' 

'Now many years on, and in his elder years, Loric no longer seeks battle, but instead spreads the good word of the Platinum Dragon, aiding those he comes across in his travels.'

Targana Duskridge

Level 2, Goliath Battlemind


Background: Demon Wastes - Guardian of the Gates (EPG)

The mountaintops of the Shadowcrags make for unforgiving cradle, but such is life for young Goliaths. A people without any true home, they claim the barren peaks that no one else will hazard, and huddle in small communities. It is in one of the oldest of these communities that Targana Duskridge was born, her family named for its signature blue lithoderms that recalled the color of the evening sky. As her fathers before her, Targana inherited the blue marks, though as a girl, she would not carry on her father's name. Thus it was assumed that she would be the last of the Duskridge line.

The Duskridge family had deep ties to the ancient serpent cults of Xen'drik, revering the couatls who sacrificed themselves to imprison the fiends within the earth. Like the great couatls, the Duskridges bore the responsibility of holding back the terrors of the Demon Wastes whenever they attempted to cross the Shadowcrags. Targana, like all those of her family, was heavily trained in the disciplines of war, in order to perform this sacred task.

So it would come that, when the foul denizens of the Wastes executed a raid that was far too strong for the Goliaths to withstand, Targana's parents sent her from the battle to warn the Eladrin of Shae Loralyndar that they were likely the fiends' next target. It would, of course, be the last time Targana saw anyone she'd ever met before that point.

The Eladrin were properly warned, and their great armies were able to fight back the invasion. The young Targana, fourteen years of age, was allowed to stay in the Feyspire for as long as she desired. Whereas the Eladrin expected this to be years, Targana was ready to move on in a matter of days. The solemn training of the Duskridge family had long ago prepared Targana for the inevitability of death, and it did not take her long to mourn her family's passing.

She thanked the Eladrin for their kindness, but their posh society did not fit her austere lifestyle, so she decided to move on. Her duty to her people had kept her chained to the mountaintops, but now that leash was broken. She couldn't very well defend the mountain pass by herself, and she had no one to join her on the peaks, so it was time she found her own way to properly honor the Couatls.

It was not long before she heard of the Church of the Silver Flame and its message: Destroy evil, wherever it takes root. A noble cause, one allied very much with her own. She joined the church, and soon found that there were a great many similiarities indeed between the Church and her family's serpent cult. It was not until half a decade later that she would discover that the Silver Flame is in fact a contemporary form of her family's ancient religion. She took this as a sign, and devoted herself, body and soul, in service to the church.

For the last few years, she has been through harsh mental and physical training at Kloijnir, the great fortress monastery, where she has been training as a Templar of the Silver Flame. Her training is now complete, however, and before she can serve as a guardian to important Silver Flame dignitaries, she must first complete a pilgrimage of good works, performed "wherever the Light guides her".
