I get what's wrong now:

To begin with:
It's the skill checks governed by those mentioned ability scores that are key on here that was hinting about and I suppose to advise the team only the DnD's Mechanics like Monster Knowledge Checks, etc.. etc.. as regulated but the rest of the checks are meant to be made by team's discretion to applied.
(You can applied the above Wisdom ability check to any Wisdom based skill score and post it on the IC if you want. The roll maybe vague but its a good roll just the same.) 

Also:
Everything Gurora said to Ansmril is meant for all the team members since Ansrmil is my active PC on the adventurers' team instead of a limited functioning Ally NPC.
(I'm communicating with FallenIrishPhoenix about joining this game but its looks like the interest for Level 18 game from that camp isn't there.) This means I must play Ansrmil as the adventurers' team's active controller member in which I would play differently than what I was going to do in the name of allowing you players full credit for anything and everything that happens.

Yet:
Since it looks like the sixth is going to happened soon enough for my considerations; I guess I can stop trying to honored the team majority ruling and bring on someone some of you aren't happy to be working with, to do the job in the same single-minded way like always...

But:
You guys (including that sixth player who probably watching on anyway have either the next 24 hours to finished your business (aka skill checks) and get your concerns in order (aka talking and exchanging information and instructiions with one another) before "The Force Improvising While Trying To Survive" will be your PC's only state of concerns.

Or:
You guys can cried "Wait A Minute, Voy!! Get your butt back out there! Find us our sixth and keep that more trouble than they're worth NPCs especially the showboat one out of our way so we can finish this with style!!"
 
This time its will take only two votes of you four (I'll get to break a tie only if all four votes are given and if it comes to this I will just start the former option automatically with no time allowance or prior warning nor annoucing a vote and yes, a no vote isn't a vote as well as I don't get to vote unless everybody (all players) votes.

So two votes will get me to narrative more hints, more cagey-like info to cause more reason to make skill checks until our sixth player post a character sheet in this forum.

On the immediancy of that sixth player's posting a PC summary on the character sheet thread,

"I WILL ATTACK!! AND WITH THE INTENT TO KILL ALL ADVENTURERS AND ALLIED NPCS FOUND ON THAT 2 FLOOR DOWN ENCOUNTER MAP."

(Yep! Uh, Huh! I will also put the sixth player's PC on the stairways and locked the next level entrance doors too!)
