Zar sees goblin laying lifeless on the ground. Moriandus speaks "You must be Par. I hear this isn't an unusual occurance. Do you know where he came from?"
It was a very good question. Zar waited attentively for Par's answer. "How long roughly have these goblins been coming into the town here?" Zar hoped the answer would relate to what Father Aerron said.

"They've been making small raids on and off for many years. Usually they aren't that big of a problem; tend to just steal livestock or food. There's a small warren of them up north a bit, just east of the hollow. Did you drive away any others? I've never seen a goblin come through here alone, especially into the middle of town." Par moves over to the body and flips it with his boot. "Looks like a lot of blood. Anybody hurt?" He looks to each of you, hoping you've seen more.

He ran from conviction, and fed his addiction as the Dish heated the Spoon... The Spoon begged to go, but the Dish shouted : "NO!!" "The heroin will be ready soon!" "Any time doing the right thing is funny as hell, it's probably Chaotic Good."

Looking about, you see none but the miserably burned creature who may have been hurt. His bloodflecked trail leaves a slightly crooked path, but goes nowhere but the woods.
"Well, if you'd like to accompany me, I can answer any questions you may have had."
Par stoops and lifts the small creature. Cradled in Par's arms this way, it would almost resemble a human child, if it weren't for its oversized, jagged toothed maw, and wrinkled flesh.
"I need to dispose of this before it begins to stink any further."

Deglo silently follows Par, intent on finding out more about the goblins and the murder of Father Aerron's son. He is satisfied at the moment with helping the town with their potential goblin problem, we can inquire about the murder investigation after this is taken care of he thinks.
