Thenin doesn't look away from Seleena, even after Stasi's powerful jab.
OOC: He hasn't been raucously loud, they're in a booth, and maybe he wants prying ears to hear a little. We should just stay alert for ears perking up, and eavesdroppers moving too hastily away.

Zaffa glares dangerously at Wenzer as his rant goes on and on. When he's finally finished and the crowd cheers him, she lifts a hand in a bid for quiet. Glancing at Iandak, she begins untying the leather strap holding her hammer to her belt.
"Ye want t' march out without a plan an' fight without a head? Ye want t' get out there an' get yaself an' 'ese pitters killed for nothin'?"
Zaffa lifts her shield off her back and raises her now-free hammer. "Normally I'd say a fool deserves his death, but the stakes 're too high." The Mul shakes her head somberly. "I won't let you."

Seleena notices the tension -and the kick- between Thenin and Stasi, looking somewhat amused, but not saying a word "What else can I tell you of Girias?... Well, let me see... Part of a noble family whose name escapes me at the moment. But all I remember is that it's a well respected name and well connected... They make sure they send at least one child per generation to become a Templar... and Girias was it twenty or so years ago I guess. Got himself a cushy job though... In charge of monitoring water supply... I mean, come on! That's an important task, but rather dull, and doing it for about 15 years now, being overseen for all sorts of promotions? Says a lot about the man, if you ask me... Lack of ambition or skills or both... the man is simply a fool"

MAKE WAY, MAKE WAY!" and as he says these words, the crowd cheers. People at the foot of the small wooden stage step back, creating an open circle like a small arena awaiting its combatants.
