In this case I don't think you need to, it'll just be assumed that what you posted happened at the appropriate time.
That sort of thing is going to happen on occasion, espeically when someone wants to add to a discussion when perhaps another person had already moved on, so don't worry too much about it. The posts don't have to necessarily follow a strict timeline, especially outside of combat or tense situations.

Another thing I just realised is that we have terrible perception. The highest out of the four of us is 3. This does not fill me with confidence in our ability to keep watch too well.

Hi all,
