A couple of things. Dream does not have Chill Wind, she has Flame Seed. Second, even if she did have Chill Wind, unless the power has the Beast Form keyword, it cannot be used in beast form. Third, I don't remember using a readied action. I thought I did a double move down the rope.

OK the surprise round triggered after each PC makes their first move action on the wall and Eloyse has a DC Perception 13 which means S2 doesn't come in sight for her until after a free bite so since Eloyse did passively spotted S1 in the hole first i'm force to resort to this:
Astromath you either make and use your readied action for the first round to attack S2 or S2 will bite Dream with her DC Perception 24 and all which causes second drawn damage. (S2 alreadied rolled and first drawn damage was Eloyse dispatching that spiderling coming out of that hole that you parked Dream on after you knew it was a loaded hole!!)
If you miss with this readied attack then S2 will bite Eloyse but if don't attempt this attack, then Dream getting bit and thrown back to approaching bloody negative numbers as a start of an ongoing affair. Can you please end this dying affair and play this game like it meant to be played.
C'mon, friend, Let's see some team effort.

Features of the Area.
Show
Illumination: While the steep-sided ravine is in shadow, it’s still considered brightly illuminated.
Hole: The Hole leads to the cavern under the land rise hidden in the trees behind the hole's cave-like hood.
The wall is 35 feet from cavern floor to hole opening and a character who falls takes 1d10 damage per 10 feet fallen.
Athletics/Acrobatic DC10 grants PC climb-speed on wall at half the PC's normal speed.
Passive Scores of Athletics/Acrobatics 14 earns climb-speed bonus automatically with no DC.
Stalagmites (Stratum Cones): Stalagmites does block line of sight, has squeezing rules when enter or exiting squares with its center in it {=•} and grants the hidden condition with the Line Of Sight rule. The height of the Stalagmites are inside the stratum cone's space on the map.
Web-Covered walls on the side of the hole located on the map as E, F, G, H ,I and J of 00, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06: Moving along this wall requires an Athletics DC10 or Acrobatic DC10 to move at half speed. Remember that characters grant combat advantage while climbing. Characters who are pulled or pushed off the wall or who are knocked prone will fall unless they make a saving throw to catch themselves.
The line of sight from outside of the hole's entrance on a square adjacent to the opening on the Poison Vineyard map (the new extension map for the Webwall map,) where the webwall (cliff) descends into and toward the open cavern area below is treated as Heavy Obscured Terrain because of the heavy thick webbings intertwined throughout the openings's space.
LIGHTLY OBSCURED CONDITIONS: Squares of the 00, 01, 02 and 03 columns on the webwall map when the square is less than three squares from a creature occupying square and isn't an adjacent square are treated as a Lightly Obscured square by that creature.
If a creature is located on the wallweb map and isn't either on a square of the 00, 01, or 02 columns' squares then all squares of the 04, 05, 06, and 07 columns' squares on the webwall map are treated as a Lightly Obscured squares from that creature's occupying square.
HEAVILY OBSCURED CONDITIONS Squares of the 00, 01, 02, and 03 columns on the webwall map when the square is either three, four, five or six squares away from the creature occupying square are treated as a Heavily Obscured square by that creature.
Also unless a creature is on a square of the 99th column when intersecting with either E, F, G, H, I or J row on the the Poison Vineyard Map then all squares on the webwall map that are within four squares from that creature's occupying square are treated as Heavily Obscured squares.
CONDITIONS WHEN WEBS ARE BLOCKING TERRAINS: If a creature isn't located on the wallweb map then all squares that are on the webwall map beyond the 07 column are considered from that creature's occupying square out of line of sight by blocking terrain.

Everybody please use your those DC Rolling Free Actions at the start of your turn because your passive scores can only be applied as an action. Especially movements and perceptions.
Its only one free action for a DC per turn used passively or roll and if the DC made or submitted is a power-unassisted DC; this also can be accounted as that one free action or it's cost a minor action.
This isn't going to be that easy. IC A Reminder On The WebWall Terrain As An Adversary

While on wall each creature has a once during the creature' turn Skill DC as a free action.
A DC Perception Must Be Use In Spotting Those Attacking Spiders On That **~% Wall!!:
If DC Perception is the same or higher than 18 then any action can be made against any target the PC established Line Of Sight for. (No Line Of Sight penalties)
If DC 14 Perception but lowered than DC Perception 18 then besides targets on heavily obscured squares from PC's occupying square; any action can be made against any other targets that the PC established Line Of Sight for. (Only Heavily Obscured Terrain are penalized.)
If lower than DC Perception 14 but the same or higher than DC Peception 10 then besides targets on heavily obscured squares and non-adjacent lightly obscured squares to the PC any action can be made against any other targets that the PC has established Line of Sight. (Both Lightly Obscured and Heavily Obscured penalties are applied.)
If lower than DC Perception 10 then only readied actions can be use to make attacks and this readied action can only be made against a target on an adjacent square if use after either an ally or an enemy on the adjacent square of the PC occupied square makes any action first or makes an action against your PC or a target on the adjacent square from any adjacent square of the target. Also the readied action can triggered when a target ends a turn on an adjacent square of the PC's occupyed square. (This I think is better than been totally blinded by webs' obscurity.) Sorry, I didn't realize I was supposed to roll Perception every turn; I thought that was just for the surprise round. That free action -> passive Perception 19 will be fine.
I notice looking at the terrain rules that I was supposed to apply a -2 penalty due to concealment to my attack rolls above; that means neither hits and I do no damage!

VoyRager, you are mistaken in your use of Passive Perception. Passive Perception does not require an action to use. See Rules Compendium page 150: "No action is required when the DM is using a creature’s passive Perception." Active perception, on the other hand, is a minor action.
A creature is hidden if its stealth roll is greater than the perceiver's passive perception. An active perception is required to spot the hidden creature.
P.S. This is one of the most difficult encounters I've come across, as a player & as a DM.

Astromath caught me doing the lazy spin. Now we have to roll our DCs instead of letting most of the work work itself out with a compensated passive mode enacted.
Since I've jacked everything for passive scores to the work in a from mean to mode way I now going have to put all the numbers back to where they suppose to be.

So in sake of avoiding another complicated process of unjacking the difficulty terrain scores from this point on until the end of the encounter all DC we use, we must roll. Also all DC rolls made during this duration has an automatic +2 bringing-in-back-to-basic bonus.
