Can someone say "let's surprise attack as on sight? or can the DM say a ranged surprise round?

I Have A Suggestion?

First delay our turns into this surprise round sequence and initiative order:

6-Garrick: 
Starts at  L19 -
Surprise Action: Bombard P27 area or Prevent OA versus P/Q25 adjacent vicinity creatures
And on forth into the first rounds: Concentrated quick kills in N28 vicinity.

5-Cal'Kulas: 
Start at J20 -
Surprise Action  Bombard P27 area or Prevent OA versus P/Q25 adjacent vicinity creatures
And on forth into the first rounds:: Concentrated quick kills in N28 vicinity.

4-Munro:
Start at L/M20 -
Surprise Action  Blind Bomb O26 area  
And on forth into the first rounds: Causing weaknesses in M/N/O25-26 and chaos in N27 area while and then forth supporting plug at O24/P25.

3-Osiris:
Start at L21 -
Surprise Action: Make to R25
And on forth into the first rounds:: then forth to S24 making Quick kills on R25 adjacent vicinity creatures

2-Kanezh:
Start at K21
Surprise Action: Make to R25
And on forth into the first rounds:then forth to either P23 or P/Q25 manging to somehow (teleport?) to S23 vicinty to make Quick kills on R25 adjacent vicinity creatures.

1-Ned:
Start at M22
Surprise Action: Make to O24/P25
And on forth into the first rounds:then forth to create a plug from N24/O24, making Quick kills on adjacent vicinity creatures there.

And After Primary Objections Are Done:

Cal'Kulas and Garrick move up to concentrated quick kills in O28 or R28 vicinity creatures while others fight to and flank the cloak figure's map position and unless something emergency happen then every firepower meets up at the Cloaked Figure position.

Whether they moved noisily or not, I waited 3 days for posts. If you don't post within 3 days, you're delaying. In this case, I have people where they last were.
