I think joran1313 is correct. This is simply party treasure. We can either use it for our benefit, or we can sell the lot and split the gold among us. I'm happy with either decision. However, I don't think we should waste the alchemical reagents and instructions for a one-time use. If we don't sell them, then we should save the chemicals until one of our characters gains the ability to use them properly. On the bright side, with a bit of study, Cal'Kulas can use the level 1-3 rituals right now!

All he is saying is that we can find here in one of the "books" in the room any ritual process that we can find through the ph1 and arcane power 1 books and any alchemical process that is lvl 1-10.
You can use these books to perform any ritual or alchemy even without the required feat, but it turns what process you use in to a one and done scroll if you don't have the feat.

Do you like the idea of using the Gentle Repose on the skeletons and that Rot Grub Zombie then pocket the rest for its gold value.
That's fine with me, regarding the residuum and reagents. I would prefer to keep the ritual and alchemical library intact though. There are some useful tools in both libraries that may come in handy, but if the majority of players want to sell the lot, then I'll scoop up some of the really useful ones as my portion of the treasure haul.

Kanezh is happy to give up her portion of ready to use ritual components to the party ritual caster, and prefers we keep the lot of it for its use as ritual fodder. I believe she's said as much IC. But if we divide as treasure, Cal'Kulas can have her share.

@ The Other Players:
I'm for the Gentle Respose and as for my share of the leftovers, I going to start stockpiling for the Cure Disease Ritual just in case that Moon Frenzy start spreading (and yes, I still preferred that vampire / part-werewolf buddy of my trust; frenzy-free, definitely fleas-sies free too. (Should I have to remind all of you that Munro is trained in religion and has a mean nun streak while carrying the heaviest ruler to slap hands with.)
@The DM:
Is there's food, clean water and a bath in this living quarters area? Munro is down to her last goose egg with jam and bread before taking on her trail rations! If so Munro have bids for first.

Garrick is passing his along as well to Cal'kulas. Especially since he is assisting in the research and cant use rituals himself, bur Cal can. I'm also a little more partial to saving some residuum for more useful rituals like enchant item and purify food/water.....

Well, It would have taking at least two successful "Aid Anothers" to get a good diplomacy results anyway because I felt that this was the better time for our showboating tendency with 1d20's skill rolls.
Are we going hound him into submission like a bunch of thugs?
Are we going to vote to separate the team with the three having our highest average among the stealth, dungeoneering, diplomacy, insight and perception scores to catch up and calmed the frightened host down.
Are we going to just ignored him?
I asking here because rather than role-playing this out on the IC, I preferred a quick vote here on the OOC then role-play quick decisive actions and team-play on the IC.
For those who get it let's describe it then?
You see on the IC from what I seeing and by Whispers attitude and given appreciations.
I must concur and admit: "We look goooooood when showboating in action and with skill checking!!" and I would love to keep that pace a 'happenin!!! 
Masters don't change their style and as us working together on the IC, we proven that we are a master's caliber team. Thank you for this and for this great game, Teammates!!
P.S. A Quick IC type bossy-like message from the polite gothic style young lady you all met on the IC:
"We can snagged the extra thingies later and will someone grabbed that nauseating book, please? Cal-Kuls' can examine it later but for now, let's see where that poor man goes."
