I know, I do the same thing with the initiative rolls of the enemies in games I run. Its best with many enemies in a combat encounter if the rolls' results let you group the enemies in two (or three) different places along the initiative sequence. But it sucks if the results dont give you any good options on where to group them.

My OA miss and also I have +2 to all defense from Ethereal Stride and also activated concealment from Shadowwalk as well as ducked (Teleported) to cover.
It was a dumb spent turn I know but I planned it throughly to dish out penalties and gain those bonuses.

Yeah I know but seeing we was overran I thought to head for cover instead of the blinding bomb. I also knew Nahad was going to port out of that bad position too.
The plan was only good as long as there was armored PC at point. Sorry about the confusion but its looks as we will get a regroup before this encounter gets too hazardous.
