Dazed means you grant CA, you can only take 1 action a turn, no immedate actions and you can not flank. Auras are automatic (i.e. always on) so its not affected by the daze.

So I have a question:
Since Osiris has contracted Moon Frenzy, would he be allowed to take one of the Lycanthrope themes from DDI, when/if he reaches or nears the final stages?
I only ask because the timing is ineffable, and I have just dicovered these Themes (and Osiris doesn't have a theme currently, becuse I couldn't find one that worked for him).

If you want to, sure.
On a broader note, I'm going to allow "Born of Shadow" to be a free feat (your origin changes to "Shadow", and it opens up the other Shadow feats (otherwise, it is a useless feat-tax that)

One of my extended family members has managed to hurt themselves pretty badly, and our family is the only one that can take care of them, so I must go north for a couple of weeks to help them get back on thier feet. Then I will be going on vacation after that, so I will be gone for about four weeks. Please NPC me as needed. Im sorry for the inconvenience.

I saw too late seeing that horde was going to untied the victim (Ididn't know they can do that?). I kinda pre-planned that round turn the last round and posted it up directly upon arriving today without reading what occured, (I only read Kanezh actions since her vicinity was the major concern for a new plan to take dire actions).
Have another combatant doing damage at them sounds better anyway, so I hope you don't mind if I let the victim loose with a weapon in his hand a round earlier.

Actually it was a trapped spirit companion. The sprite horde is attacking, and distracting, the werewolves. The spirit can only pick up and manipulate small objects (very similar to mage hand but with a greater range) and since I had a couple of actions left I thought I would use him to start untying the captive. You were able to accomplish his rescue on your turn, so I may use the spirit for comic relief in a manner similar to my use of the sprites.
