Kanezh realizes to her embarrassment that the outline is just an outline. "Oh," she says to herself, poking away at it with her scimitar. "For icky experiments." Satisfied that nothing else is about to immediately start lurching about, she babbles casually to anyone listening. "Can this house really be abandoned? Looks to me like someone still is using this part of it."

Now that he is in the room, Cal'Culas can see that one of the glamours in this room is a premanent version of a cleaning ritual he is aware of from the academy days. Once a day, arcane energies clean and organize this room, unless blocked.

Pardon me for that undone version earlier today but RL came in and demand my undivided attention while I was immersed in the middle of our daily progress in this game.


Munro answered Kanezh talking softly,
"I know of a mixture we can make from the ingredients here that would prevent all these corpses from rising for at least a season which would be a relief for us if we have to returned this way on our way out and it should also work on that poor guy in the hallway in the refuse pile. This seems like the right recourse but Osiris temperament has me worried too.

Have you noticed how much more he has given into blind rage when he hurt bad? I fear for our safety when he in that condition and I also suspects that a sickness, a condition with him as a carrier and those frenzy urges are contagious and can afflict us by accident. As much I would like to secure our exit I can't shake the feeling that Osiris's condition is more of a priority."

Then Munro glance over at her trusted vampiric friend coyly then turned back abd signaled Kanezh to walk with her a little away from him while she started talking more guardly saying "I mean we should grabbed him and hold him down while I tied him up and use this..." Now Munro and Kanezh was standing next to a certain section of the bottled reagents on one of the shelves "...on Osiris and cured that lycan madness disease that has his already wild oats bathing in a more threatening type of power before one of us get caught adjacent to him during one of his blood-thirsty fits and he has no other to vent the fever on and wind up afflicted another one of us by accident.

Even though we here to put an end to this accursed necromancy enchantment we just found sustained in this room, I would rather have the ill-tempered and bored Osiris watching my back again without worrying about that sick puppy he foolishly finding as a new thrill growing up in him covering me.

I also know can't make this decision on my own because its more than I who relying on him and we all went thru too much so far to suddenly passed on this opportunity to dispose of one of the sources of the harbinger of the threat to the area, yet Osiris is our friend and I can always torch this accursed place with a thought if I see there's no other recourse in stopping the evil that's thriving under this roof, anyway.

Kanezh smiles diplomatically, but is clearly uneasy with the conspiratorial nature of the discussion. I only keep it because like the DPR value of the werewolf theme. As I am the only class we have remaining that is built frontline damage control (note that by this, I mean the class was built for Frontline DPS, not that the character concept was) I find the DPR value tremendously high and I therefore love it.

Blyne, I agree with Garrick. The vampire is a fearsome weapon when pointed away from the rest of us. If he feels he can handle the feral rapture as well as his bloodlust, then I say give him a fair chance to prove himself.

As to the destruction of necrotic nature of the other room...let's not be hasty. While we are down here that room may be of significant use to those of you who are...not quite alive. The rest of us should be relatively safe if we don't spend too much time there.

I'm not sure how to handle these alchemical reagents, but I'm happy to continue serving as a ritualist caster. The few that I have cast have been for my benefit as well as everyone else, and there may be some more useful ones in these tomes that are suited to my humble abilities. However, I don't want to dabble in necromancy...it leads to a total corruption of one's soul, a fate worse than death.

Oh...present company excluded, of course!

There are a lot of books here, including books on rituals and alchemical processes. Many of the books note failed experiments in both fields.
However, you recognize many common rituals.

(any ritual lvl1-10 from PH1 and Arcane power 1 can be found here, eventually. Likewise instructions for making any lvl1-10 alchemical item can be found. Without proficiency, using these instruction is like using a scroll--you get one use, and then it is gone.)
