24(2hs)+9(2healing words)+5(1woundpatch)+8(current hps)=46 hps
I will use only 1 woundpatch with above combination but since I do have a second wind and two more woundpatches if someone else would like to cap their hps instead I will settle with 47hps with the use of another woundpatch with the second wind which leaves a Healing Word equaling hs+4hps available for another player otherwise below does put a smile on my face too.

Looking at our party make-up, I was thinking it may be put to better use on Eliza. She has only one less surge than Dredge and has been less likely to spend her surges. Since Dredge is more of a front line fighter, I think it would be more beneficial to him if someone else wore it, that way he could get the benefit of the property as well.
