According to mom, she thinks Gander might have mentioned there was what looked like an inactive portal, but they had no way to test it.  They didn't know that this amulet was a key.  Thought it was just an interesting, but plain everyday amulet worth no more than 5 gp.

Amy goes to pick up the amulet, Even now when I look closely at it, it doesn't look like a tooth, or even feels like one.  But I'll trust you in what you say.

Whatever it may be, I'll try to find a more knowledgable scholar, mage, or priest in a major city to look at it.

Amy hands the amulet back to her father and he puts it away.

By the next time you see me, I will probably try to get out of the contract because of my bad memory.  But Amy will help me out.

I hope you enjoyed your tea.  Maybe next time you're back in town, you'll be able to meet my mom.  Amy says this as she takes you to the door.

Dredge stretches then looks around.  He briefly touches his holy symbold and mutters something to himself.  He then looks at Gyrdian, "Though the way is dark, I see no harm is starting out now."

Gyrdian nods at Dredge and then listens with obvious amusement to Cador. He chuckles For someone who has been trained in battle, you seem very timid little halfling. Dangerous creatures indeed, I believe that the "civilized" races are among the most dangerous there are. We should be plenty fine enough with so large a group. He cocks his head to one side and smiles at Cador before turning to the other party members. And how do you two feel about it?

Levicat gave me the indication that he will go with the majority of the group.  So let's continue.
