As per rules of hidden, We know what squares the dragon is in (he made no stealth check), we just have a -5 to hit, correct? Also, Dragon hits with tail, causing him to take 5 fire from my Aspect.

Sorry for the over-long delay. I needed to consult the stealth specialist at the table-top game to make sure I had the rule correctly the first time.
Anyone in the zone is Blinded.
The zone blocks Line of Sight.
Becaue he move, then attacked, the dragon did not establish stealth, so yes, the penalty is just -5.
If he had attacked, then moved, he would have been able to establish stealth, you would have to have a passive perception within 10 of his stealth roll (or spend the action to make an opposed perception vs his stealth). If you failed, no one would know where he was at all, so you'd have to just guess and hope you picked the right square to attack. If you were within 10, you'd have a general idea. If you beat it, you'd know exactly.

just curious Joran... why didn't you second wind instead of the Healing Potion? would've been +2 to defenses and would nnot have cost you a consumable yet...

Yes, it does provoke mark, especially since the dragon is attacking and therefore not stealthed. The Warden's Fury trigger does not say anything about the target needing to be seen, so that is not a requirement. He does still have to contend with all relevant penalties though.
