so code tags used to format everything properly so it lined up the way it should like in a txt editor... any idea how to make decent forum maps for PBP?

erdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;color:#000000;font-size:12px;"> When editting a post, you should see a drop down bar on top of the text editor. As I look at it now, it says format. If you highlight the map, and choose the preformatted option, it has the exact same effect as the old code tags. As you can see below:

Is there a way to get easy access to all the old ASCII symbols like in the old DOS games like "Castle Adventure"?

Not that I know of, but I did just notice a handy little button in the formatter that allows for all sorts of unique characters

Build the map in CorelDraw and export the jpg. upload the jpg to your profile (or your domain server...  ) put the link to the graphic in your post. No comment on who runs games with that method.
