My very first thought was a Storm (from X-Men) like character, though perhaps that was inspired by your avatar. You could make the name reminiscent of some chaotic weather, like a Tempest or something. Just my first thoughts.

I usually make up names like "Reiz'mynius" and other stuff like that. I come up with my names off the top of my head. Sometimes, I actually take time to think about it, though.
