While the WotC forums are nice and all, we have a big community already built around our current forums where there is deck discussions split out by format, general PDC discussion, and announcements related to paper tournaments as well!
Also available on the site is the gatherling tournament deck database which can record all of the decks you've played in MTGO PDC tournaments for posterity!
