not surprising, considering they're both being voted for mainly based on trying to push the double-lynch wagon. that said, Crow is the wrong lynch. he's wrong, sure, but he's not scummy. VRC came right out of the gates D2 with some blatant fishing at a likely PR. that, unlikely poor mafia theory, is an actual sign of actual scum.

I still dont see how me asking what you are is fishing for a power role...an alignment yes but not a role.

Probably because common sense dictates that asking for alignment is pointless.

exactly what I said it was: a town-aligned character who wanted to die.

and what are you now?

And this is a vague question, not just asking for an alignment, but a role as well, using the above as a basis for thought.

Thoughts on Zoko's vote?  Perhaps someone else is voting for him?  Or he has to provide the vote by way of PM or something?

Like FFP's pre-out and Vrc's defensiveness, it gives us something else to talk about than trying to decide how we're going to vote for second-lifers (which should be an easy decision --> vote for scumminness, nothing more).

Not sure. Earlier I asked Zoko about it and he said he couldn't use both votes on the same person, but on vote count #3 he had two votes on vrc and Ahlyis confirmed that count was correct.

He also tried to change a vote in the thread, but Ahlyis confirmed that a count representing a different vote was correct.  I feel like Zoko either is trying to hide the fact that he makes his second vote privately (by appearing confused about it in public), or he actually isn't the one making his second vote.  Perhaps his latent personality is making the second vote.

With 6 votes on you, this is statistically likely.

You do talk sense, happy squirrel.  I'm not entirely convinced it wasn't just poor play as a mistake.  And I'd still like to drop out the poor theory from cluttering the thread.  But you do talk sense.

I agree Crow is the wrong lynch. He may be saying some unorthodox things and acting a bit erratic, but I don't feel that his actions have been scummy and it's distracting the majority of people to vote for him instead of more probable scum.

This is what I was thinking as well. He is either playing dumb, or doesn't fully control/understand his second vote.

are you willing to devote tomorrow's lynch to that too? because it's pretty likely Crow comes back tomorrow, at which point he'll have the same theories.

With the equivalent of 30 players in the game, I'm willing to do so if he presents the same theories tomorrow.  If you're asserting (likely) that he's going to be the same cloud of noise in his second life, then basically that just means that 2/30 players are noisy, rather than 1/15.  I won't know that until he comes back though.  I won't hold anything anyone's said in a previous life against them.

Also, part of my vote on him is for his self-vote.  I consider it poor logic to *not* consider self-votes as anti-town.  If self-voting was a way to make oneself look less scummy, then it's too easy a tactic to use.  I'm willing to admit I'm not an experienced enough mafia player to work my around and through jester-like roles at this point.
