Give dates, way easier to remember individual players in dates than days of the week.
Posting it in thread of your games is also better than the notice board if it's day or PMing the mod.

It is? I pay attention to days of the week more often than the actual date. Well, other than knowing when May 15th happens (omg so close).

Maybe I'm wrong but it seems way easier to remember than three different players with dates than individual days.
You could list both I suppose.

I would actually suggest listing both, especially since I'm the kind of person who forgets what day of the week it is (13th straight 11a-9p workday, much?).
Also, I heard that if you transmute the corpses of 100 babes that wailed before you killed them, you could get a copy on the 14th.
