Welcome to the New to Dm'ing Group!

I figured I'd take the lead and create a group dedicated to those of us that are  new Dm's.  It's a tough job, but it's very rewarding, and that's why we do it.  Sometimes though, it can be hard and frustrating.  Managing 5, 6, or 7 personalities isn't easy, while also keeping things in order, organized and scheduled.

You're not alone.  Here, new DM's have a plce to vent, learn, and share from others in the same boat as you.
